Price is right, I guess .we got the munchy meal for $13. It was alot of food .the cheesy tot burger was really good and creamy. But after that I was stuffed and cont finish the meal .I had like two curly fries and 2 churros.i gave the taco to my son ,I offered the fries as well but he was stuffed also.

Burger was ok even though it didn't look at all like advertised. Fries were hard and stale. Tacos also. Drink machine didn't work. Have to go to the counter for a refill which takes a long time. Bathrooms where trashed even though you have to be buzzed in.

The employees are super rude and don't take the time to listen to their customers. I had made and order that got canceled and when I tried to request a refund. They told me I had to take it up with door dash. I called door dash and after the store refused to re deliver my order they told me to do it through the app. Which has no way to report anything or contact customer service. I called the store again to tell them this and a very rude lady got on my case. Is this really how you do business? I've been a fan for years even when the food came back cold. To be treated this way is unacceptable and paying for it on top of that makes me never want to spend a dime at this location or any jack in the box store ever again.
Edit: There's no official way to put in a complaint so if you want try and request a refund you'll need to give them feed back in which they'll get back to you. At least that's what they tell you. It's been almost a week and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email that the request was put in. Now I have to dispute the purchase through my card. Which is projected to be resolved by April 10th. In short if you're hungry get it elsewhere

Due to my work schedule this is the only place really open and I always order from
DoorDash/uber eats my fries are ALWAYS COLD and stale. I always have my drivers ask for condiments and they do ask but they still seem to never make it to the bag. I’ve also had my last driver come very upset delivering my order saying they were treated poorly by staff
