Shocked at the prices when I pulled up in drive thru. Since my last visit here the prices are out of control. The food is not worth the prices. At the pick up window there was no greeting or interaction. All around disappointment.

Went on the 21st around 11:45. Made a mobile order the drive thru lady forgot to put in my fries which she admitted after I came all the way back from home. I asked that they remake my small snack wraps with the fries so nothing is cold she refused because I “had the cold wraps” I offered to give them back and she refused me and refused service. I never received my fries and waited. She called the police which calmly and nicely said there’s nothing they can do. Worse fast food experience I ever had. I hope that she is dealt with accordingly and I will be reporting to corporate also.

Ordered food online around 2:40pm today. All my food came out quick, hot, fresh, and tastey! Got my single butter milk and 2 taco sauce and 3 napkins.. perfect! The Lady at drive thru was nice AND smiled.... good job! Unlike the other one on North Texas giving me old Large curly fries.. Horrible! Anyways thanks! I'll be back! And I'll tell everyone go to the one on WEST Texas.. lol ?

I work graveyard typically take my lunch around 2 AM as of lately they have started taking their 30 minute lunch breaks but it’s never consistent. It’s either some take it at 2 AM others take it at 2:30. It makes it really inconvenient not knowing when to show up, maybe setting a standard break time so that people can work their schedules around Jack-in-the-Box employees breaks .

My Dad & Uncle eat at the Alamo location a couple of times a week, sometimes a couple times a day. They get our complicated orders cooked correctly! My sister went inside to the restroom and she told us “that’s one of the cleanest kitchens she’s ever seen “!

They’ve done to me several times where they wave you back so you don’t drive up to the window after ordering. I guess it’s to keep their service time quotas short to impress management but it’s super inconvenient and annoying for the customers to have to wait 5-10 minutes before they finally wave you to pull forward and then you still to pay and wait even longer to get the food. While you’re waiting before being allowed to pull forward to the window, you have other cars lined up behind you honking because they don’t know you were told not to pull forward and it’s usually a shift manager behind the window making you do it. No other fast food restaurant demands that you wait behind a certain point before they’re ready to serve you. With all other places, you order, pull up to the window, pay and get your food quickly. This is an absolute unnecessary and inconvenient practice they choose to impose, I will be going to other restaurants that don’t do this to their customers instead.
