Ordered tacos a few days ago and one of the tacos had a long strain of hair mushed inside with the filling! And when i told one of the workers, they just smiled and said oh ok. No sorry nothing
Normally they do ok with the food but that really grossed me out and now nervous eating tacos from jack in the box again

Whoever made my burger tonight was on point. Got the Double Jack with cheese and bacon in the Munchie meal and it was the best burger I’ve seen and tasted from this location and a lot of burger fast food spots period. So thank you to the cook and crew working tonight. Came by after 1am. Thank you guys for the effort into putting my meal together!

Terrible customer service, bathroom had person in it for long time and the other one apparently is only for employees because they eould not let me have a key but I saw an employee using it!!!!

I ordered on the mobile app and wanted it special made, and when I told them they went out of their way to make sure my sandwich was made correctly and they were really pleasant to be around nice clean restaurant and happy crew. I will return.

I swear I’m so done with this Jack in the box… every time I come here I get a chicken sandwich and ask to add cheese and pickles, and they never add it what’s so hard to add two more ingredients to a chicken sandwich. It always happens to me day or night it don’t matter!

This used to be my number one jack in the box! As of a few months ago it has really disappointed me 😞I ordered eggrolls and fries and they tasted so bitter like they were fried in really old oil. My husband owns a burger joint so I know very well when the oil is bad. Also the place is really let go lately the floors are dirty and sticky and if you look behind the counter there is grease everywhere. A couple of weeks back I came to eat and there was a little girl running around in the back round she might have been between 2-4 years old not sure. I don't understand how this company will allow someone to bring a child to work knowing the risks that they can get hurt. I think this will be my last time coming here which is unfortunate because this was literally my favorite jack 😭
Jack in the Crack ... what do you expect ... its food, its fast ... and it will likely clog your arteries ... but it tastes good ... if fast hot food that tastes good is what your lookin for Jack's got it 👍

Shocked at the prices when I pulled up in drive thru. Since my last visit here the prices are out of control. The food is not worth the prices. At the pick up window there was no greeting or interaction. All around disappointment.

Went on the 21st around 11:45. Made a mobile order the drive thru lady forgot to put in my fries which she admitted after I came all the way back from home. I asked that they remake my small snack wraps with the fries so nothing is cold she refused because I “had the cold wraps” I offered to give them back and she refused me and refused service. I never received my fries and waited. She called the police which calmly and nicely said there’s nothing they can do. Worse fast food experience I ever had. I hope that she is dealt with accordingly and I will be reporting to corporate also.
