Chicken nuggets were soggy and not cooked, inedible. Asked for water, got an open container/no lids for a drive thru. How am supposed to drive with no lid or straw? C'mon do better.

I did the drive thru. We got mini tacos and regular tacos. The minis were fine. The regular ones had so much taco sauce on them, it was ridiculous. I couldn't taste anything else. Also, the guy working the drive thru didn't really seem like he wanted to be there.
Dietary restrictions: Not good for gluten or dairy free. Almost no menu items available. Not sure how they would accommodate.

Good old JB came through with the biskoff shake, but the Noggy Coffee is way off. Something is wrong with that drink... I don't know the details but something should be done about that drive-through. That looks like the worst handymanhack I've ever seen. Whatever the intent was with that metal flashing isn't. The exterior is looking worse and worse, check to see if corporate can help or something, it's looking trashy next to McDonald's across the street. If they were open late they may shut you guys down.... JB is better, but im losing that thought with how bad the building looks on the outside and inconsistent service on the inside...

Front entrance needs to be sanitize and I can tell they don't check the bathrooms because it was completely trashed. I turned around and walked out.

Food was slightly better than usual in comparison to other visits to other Jack in the Box restaurants. Service was adequate. Just went thru the drive thru so can't say much of anything about the atmosphere, but the wait time was pretty quick. Just a couple cars ahead of me and I was only there for a total of maybe 3 minutes.
