Elijah (GM) definitely made the random morning smoothie that much better. It was to the point that I had to stop to do a survey to ensure the company and others were aware that this location, its leadership & staff do it right every time. Also, shout out to $7 bowl Wednesdays!

During the weekend shift, especially the employee with dreadlocks, it seemed like he didnât really want to work there. The service was extremely slow. I understand that it was busy, but he even stopped to clean the floor and still worked very slowly, which felt intentional. If he doesnât want the job, he should consider resigning because this role doesnât seem like a good fit for him.

Never going there again. Drink was made incorrectly the night before so I spent my time and gas to go back out and correct the issue. My original drink was a large the supervisor tried to give me medium and asked for my rewards number because I think he subtracted the points BUT I PAID FOR THR DRINK! Never again will I waste my time and health on this place. Please remodel it looks a bit dingy in there.

It was my daughter's first time ever going to Jamba juice, i was so excited for her to try it and we had a horrible experience. We decided to go to this location and since the moment we walked in ALL employees were so rude. Drinks tasted horrible, we paid for extra things and didn't get it. We were told that they don't even sell that, so why have it on display and offer it? Definitely won't be going to this place anymore

The staff here are unfriendly and unwelcoming. From the moment you walk in, it feels like youâre inconveniencing them just by showing upâitâs honestly unsettling. After getting my drink, I asked for two water cups, and a male employee responded with attitude, saying, âYES, BUT ITâLL BE A MINUTE.â It ended up taking five minutes.
I work in the service industry myself, so I understand how difficult customers can be and how it can affect your mood. But that doesnât justify taking it out on polite customers who havenât done anything wrong.
