My husband had ordered online and when they notified us it was ready for pickup at 6:23pm, he went in and 70% of the employees were in the pantry room and waited for an extra 15 minutes when he was the only guest in the restaurant. He got our food at 6:45 pm. The worker was not nice and tried to charge us for extra sauces after everything and we never received our large fries. We paid $27 for an Incomplete meal. Service was terrible. We are pretty sure the manager lets the employees do whatever they want whenever they want.
The food was delicious, especially the Chickenjoy! The service was friendly and efficient, making my visit enjoyable.

I went to Jolibee's to try there chicken. I purchased a 3-piece with mashed potatoes and gravy, the chicken was really bland and I couldn't finish the mashed potatoes. I could only eat about 1 and half pieces of the chicken. Now it was fresh and had really good crunch but the lack of flavor surprised me. I wont go back....
