Went in for the 4th, and last time today. This place can sometimes be busy and others times slow. Today it was slow. I placed my order they wrote my name on it, and I waited. I watched them place drinks and call customers names but not mine. I watched people who ordered after me, one of which was an entire family, come and go.
I then see one of the 3 employees behind the counter grab a drink that I saw the female employee place there a bit before. He looks at it and calls my name. So how long was my hot coffee drink sitting? Why do you ask for my name if you don't call it when you put the drink down?
For mediocre service by people who don't make good tasting coffee, save your money and go somewhere else.

The service was fine, the location, view and atmosphere was great...but, the coffee may be the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. I had a black coffee, took two sips and went to toss it out. The employee didn't even ask if there was something wrong with it when I asked her to through it out. Maybe she is used to it. I saw a number of guests there reading or on their laptops, no coffee, lol

I have been going to journey for about 2 years and love the place. It is an amazing place to get coffee and read. It is usually packed though which just shows how amazing the service and staff are. However the Onelake sales department is also in located inside of the coffee shop for some reason. I was sitting in the only open chair in the corner quietly reading my book not realizing I was in the "office" because it all just looks like part of the coffee shop which had every seat taken. I was asked to leave as it was unprofessional to have "a lot of people" eating and drinking in the "office." To which I responded with I am the only person here and I'm not bothering anyone. I was then told I needed to leave because I was in an office space and its unprofessional. So I highly recommend the coffee but if its busy just take your coffee to go I'd hate for you to have to deal with a rude old lady in your spare time.

This is the last time I’ll be spending my money at this location. I brought in my tea from Starbucks this morning After going to the gym and was gonna order a breakfast burrito, I was told I could not have my tea with me in store so I would have to leave. I am beyond livid.

I went here with a local friend and she recommended this place. I was so amazed of how open the building was. Almost every seat there was taken so it took some time finding where to sit. I ordered the Nutella Pop Tart. I have never had anything like it, It was very good! Definitely a must try. It went well with my Maple Cold Brew with Oatmilk.

Always very nice employees, TIMELY service is more often than not something to be desired. All i ordered was the Purple Dragon smoothie, however it took 18 minutes to finally receive it. 10:11AM was when i paid, 10:29AM was when i received the smoothie. At this time, the cafe was not particularly busy at all, but sandwiches and 5 other drinks were brought out before mine. I just would have liked at least a wait time or some type of communication on the status of my order.
