I placed a to-go order for an egg white wrap that took 45 minutes to prepare and was served partially frozen. The staff is extremely rude too. Save your time and money.

Journey Coffee is a fantastic spot for studying, grabbing a coffee, or just taking a walk. I ordered a latte, and it was delicious! The atmosphere is perfect for productivity, and the nearby lake offers stunning views. It’s also a great place to hang out with family and friends. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We came as family to have breakfast for thr first time I asked the cashier for coffee but don’t want tot too bitter , my coffee tasted super bad , I asked the employee to replace the coffee if possible she didn’t even try she said it on my face that I have to order a new one , I spend $90 and still she wanted me to order another drink …. Very poor service very disappointed, if she could have simply replaced my drink it could have made their customer have better experience but now I don’t even want to come back

Tasty food, busy spot. Tables are first come, first served. Used to be able to call in a phone order but their number has been broken for a few weeks now.
Tried to call in an order, phone didn’t work. Drove over here & waited to order at the counter. When someone walked over, they informed me the kitchen closes at 1:30pm. And it was exactly 1:30pm. So that sucks. Be aware if you’re trying to order from here.
The coffee and sandwiches are excellent, and the staff is both friendly and accommodating.

My service went how her face looks in the photo terrible great food and coffee but was treated and scolded terribly by this young lady and her manager the guy in the photo also made it no better with smart remarks and protests for his worker after brought to his attention that she was not very welcoming of the journey’s establishment I will continue to support but hope this reaches the correct conclusion much love to Journey Coffee and blessings to all !!

“Price is the PRICE”..everything is overpriced but you’re really paying for the ambiance. Quiet for the most part, attracts all kinds of age groups from kids, teens, families, & loads of baby-popping moms. Indoor & outdoor seating area but the bathroom gets unsat fast. Its next to public artificial lake so it also attracts all kinds rift-raft in addition to 'income controlled'/ One Lake residents.

Cute coffee shop and atmosphere but I was disappointed to see they don’t offer recycling and compost. With the community vibes and garden across the street it would be nice to see some collaboration towards reducing waste :)

I use mobile order all the time and been to all vacaville Journey locations. This location is the only branch that does not make the order ahead. Every time i order here they will just make it once i arrive (even on the day that its not busy) which defeat the whole point of ordering ahead. It has gotten to the point it’s faster to order in line.
As far as customer service. Among all Journey locations this store lacks of it.
The only time i notice a better customer experience when the owner was present at the time.
The BEST customer service experience i have which is consistent is- Journey Alamo store! Shout out to all the employees there.

flimsy coffee cup, it couldn't handle the hot coffee so it got deformed and lid doesn't stay on anymore :( Nice view tho!

I can’t imagine how this coffee shop can function (if they would have had…) a drive thru when they can’t manage a line. Luckily they don’t have one.
Though most of the kids that work here are nice and very extra friendly, the way they manage their line is horrifically slow. They have two counters but don’t use them. The way they prep the coffee is another story. Takes too long. Pack some patience when you’re coming over. Chances are, you’d be stuck in a line (especially on a Sunday morning) or waiting getting your coffee. Either or, you are going to wait.
