Went to KFC/Long John Silver. Attempted to use online coupon. Staff would not honor coupon because they were new. Manager was condescending and rude and offered no assistance. I will never go there again, and advise family and friends to do the same.

The Mexican Lady who works there has some attitude worse customer service she offers. Order the food but food was cold before I placed the order I asked them it should be fresh badge but received food very cold and smells coming out from food and instead of apologies she argued her name was maryana she don't know how to speak English stay away from this place .

Ordered 3 sides at almost $5 Per side. There was barely a spoonful of each in the smallest container. The red beans and rice was juice not beans. Very expensive for bad quality and amount.

Food was mediocre,-its Popeyes, what do u expect,?Service was great, drive through person was courteous. I get to the window it must be the owner sat drive through window. I was not offered condiments, napkins or straws. My order came to damn nesr, $35 for shrimp and chicken tenders combo. That's $15 a meal!!! I get home and my mashed potatoes were missing!!!!
It taste like they use old grease, food is over cooked. It taste like they use the same grease for there chicken, and seafood. I will not be going to this location no more, until they make some great changes.
