I've always loved long John silvers. I hadn't gone in years it seems. But I saw there sign while driving by and I had to stop and get me some fish. It was great as always, and the young man working the counter, was very curtious and very helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

I always had very good experiences but when I called to place an order I asked for someone who spoke Spanish and they told me that there was no one who spoke Spanish and they just hung up on me!! How rude, last time I go or call that place, I know they have bilingual people!

The service was the only good part of this restaurant. All of the employees were very pleasant. But, most of the tables were dirty, covered in food debris. The floor near the soda area was super sticky. The food was okay. Fish was crispy, but the shrimp was soggy. At least the bathrooms were relatively clean.

Customer service is horrible. Food is greasy and cold. And they don't put any more of those little crispy things. In with your fish. You have to ask for them now when you used to just get them. Very disappointed used to love long. John silver's not anymore.

I don't remember the food being this bad. Fried fish, shrimp, chicken, hush puppies and fries were super oily. The food didn't taste fresh. The coleslaw was okay. It tasted fresh but was more sweet than I remember.
