We drove up to this spot to get some childhood LJS nostalgia. Hit juuust right. When you walk in there's no sudden gust of straight hot musty oil slapping you in the face, iykyk. Seats could be upgraded, but it felt like the og vibe, so we weren't even mad about it. We had a few bites before we left, and they were so kind to ask if we needed plates to sit and eat. The employees are hella chill. I thought it was Christmas the way they made sure to check everything twice. All of the food we received was cooked perfectly, and I'd definitely make the trip back up. 10/10.

I can't believe how long it's been since I've been to Long. John silver's! It's been at least 25 years. I've been craving fish and chips for the last couple months now. And believe it or not Long. John silver's. Has beaten out all the fancy fish and chip places that I've been to. From the fish fillets to the chicken planks to the french fries to the hush puppies. The food was excellent at half the price of the fancy fish and chip places. Jeff Hom

I was surprised that this KFC was actually pretty decent. The chicken was cooked well and it was juicy on the inside. We ended up getting the 7pc $20 combo with some sides and got our order quickly. Keep up the good work.

I dropped in for lunch at 11am. In orders a 3 piece fish meal with fries and hushpuppies and iced tea. For dessert I had apple turnovers. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite.
The fish was cooked to perfection, crispy outside, tender inside and full of flavor. It's hard to beat LJS for fish and chips. The fries and hushpuppies were perfect and little crunchy bits left over from frying the fish were excellent. The iced tea was delicious, without that off-taste tea can get. The apple turnovers were good, but would have been better warm.
