My order was taken wrong and also given to me wrong. I ordered 4 items and only received 2 of those items. One of those items were incorrect. I went back to get my 2 missing items. When I came in an employee was ringing herself up and I had to wait for her to be done. They gave me one of my missing items. I had to wait again for my other one after checking my bag. This location is next to my house but I go to the one across town because it's like this all the time. Messed up orders, horrible attitudes and zero customer service. Retaining should be done ASAP.

Every time I go to McDonald’s, their employees are so rude. So today I want inside One of them just told me today to go cook at home after I just ordered order from the kiosk. Kiosk didn’t give me my receipt all I wanted to know if my food was ready then family order after me and they got there ordered before me ,

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was unacceptable. The customer service was extremely poor, starting with the manager on duty a younger individual who was openly rude and dismissive toward multiple customers. What made this worse was that the issue stemmed entirely from a mistake on McDonald’s part, yet instead of taking responsibility or offering a simple apology, the manager chose to argue and speak disrespectfully.

As a young woman who also works in hospitality and customer service, I found his behavior especially disappointing. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, speaking softly and reasonably, yet he spoke to me as if I were unintelligent and at fault for their mistake. There was absolutely no professionalism or courtesy in how the situation was handled.

This kind of behavior reflects poorly not only on this location but on the McDonald’s brand as a whole. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference and unfortunately, the lack of accountability and respect here made a frustrating experience much worse.

I also was not refunded nor given my food when I simply asked to just have the one meal I had ordered and already paid for.

I truly hope upper management addresses this and provides proper training to ensure that both customers and employees are treated with the basic respect and professionalism everyone deserves.

Order two large fries and that had Hella salt and soft as in wasnt cooked all the way as my friend I was with was eating as soon as the lobby was closed they hurry up and kids us out... like why the hell am I paying money to eat in to get kick out. . We was there an hour before they closed

They have long lines in the morning but are super fast. Accurate with food too.

Ordered breakfast on the app and picked it up at the drive through. Was missing hashbrowns and received the wrong drink. Less than friendly customer service when I mentioned the missing and wrong items at the last drive through window. They gave me over-salted hashbrowns and slammed the window when I asked about my drink. This place often makes mistakes but aren't usually as rude as the last window attendant was this morning. Check your bags or else you might be getting less than what you paid for.

This place was clean. Pretty busy during breakfast time. We stopped here for breakfast and quick restroom spot.

Online says 24 hours, falsely listed hours. Very rude employee screamed at us they dont open till 4 am. Waited the 15 minutes till 4 am was yelled at again they weren't open. Heard her yelling at the car next to us they couldnt do anything yet and would be open at 415. Very crappy customer service and employees dont show up on time.

Online says drive through is open 24 hours but I get here at 330am and rhea yell at me that they open at 4am for breakfast.
