The customer service was amazing the manager greeted me and gave me my food and tbh it was the most welcome I ever felt at mcdonalds bro had me feeling like I was at a restaurant

We arrived 4-6 minutes before 11. As I understand, breakfast is served UNTIL 11. Not "UNTIL we decide to stop serving it when it gets close to 11" They did not allow us to choose breakfast items. It was a one-off thing, us going to this location. We really only wanted McGriddles. And it will certainly be the last time my family goes here.

worst customer service I have ever encountered. It has been more than once where I order through the mobile app I get they aay they dont have my order. I ask for them to search up the ORDER # and they dont even bother to do so they proceed saying its not there. I confirmed the location was correct and still nothing. On top of that the attitude that is given is absolutely disgusting.

I seen the McRib on the front of the building and I thought it looked really good. But they were out of it. I probably should’ve just left but I opted for the chicken nuggets instead. I wonder if they are still chicken or are the just chicken scraps that you would have left in the trash. The only ones that know are held by a NDA agreement that has very stiff repercussions for them. I’m sure that I would not be surprised if the company is just trying to make sure that they don’t,put any chicken besides cartlidge and fat wrapped neatly with skin to hold it all together. But rest assured that I will never be able to get McDonald’s food ever again.

Among the many McDonald's I end up visiting in a week with my clients. This particular location is horrible, the worse. Every employee seemed like they were too busy to even look up from their tasks. It's small, very little seating, and it just seems like no one wanted to be there. I didn't want to be there. Didn't even order and left.

They should keep the deals instead of using the app
Every time we go to this McDonald’s your order is wrong which is ridiculous and when you go in to get the correct order they argue with you. I would not recommend going to this McDonald’s, better to go to the one on Nelson road or North Texas and food is fresh.
