Showed up at 11pm and they were closed when it said they were open till midnight. Very upset 😡
Pretty sad when there's 3 workers at the drive thru (including a manager) and they still hand your order to you with stuff missing. After handing over my nugget sauces the manager still asked "what are you missing now?" Had to remind them twice about the cone.
The lady at the drive thru didn't look surprised when I said the food was cold. She took the bag back and told me to wait out front. A nice young man brought out so warm food and waited in the rain for me check. Unfortunately I didn't notice the lady had removed my straw from the bag. Ugh!!!
