Ordered a single fudge Sunday, they were super rude then made me wait out front, then they bring it out to me with MAYBE a tablespoon of fudge on a $4 ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous, had to go in for a refund, trash service and trash food, wasted 20 minutes of my day

Sat at the drive thru, watching other cars order and go, that came after me. Then my order ended up being wrong completely. Didn't feel like going back, would've been a waste. Staff is horrible and food tasted freezer burned, except for the fries.
I don't understand why when you order a hamburger and fries and sundae you are given the sundae and asked to wait for the rest while the sundae melts

Service extremely slow when ordering inside. When I asked to use the restroom after making my purchase so I could wash my hands the employee was very rude. All the employees are like robots , they don't acknowledge humans nor will they greet you or say thank you or anything. The bathroom smelled of strong urine. The seating area is small and nice. The best part of visiting here was the cute wallpaper / decor.
