It’s so disappointing to get home and realize something’s missing again. Please double-check orders before handing them out.. This has happened multiple times now whether it’s fries, sauce, drinks, or even main items. I expect better quality control from such a big brand. Please sort this out. It shows a lack of attention and poor customer service. We expect better from a global brand.

I have my kids in the car ordered online before arriving for 8 min when I arrived I marked the curbside number and waiting for 20 min without any one show up with my orders and when I get in to check where is my order? They just start preparing it. What a mess
