The best Thai food experience I've had. Love so many of their dishes, and the best part is most menu items can be made vegetarian.

My dad and I went to Palm Thai Bistro for dinner the other night. We both ordered appetizers and an entree. The food tasted good but my dad found a hair in his chicken stir fry which ended our appetite. We had planned to take left overs but after he found the long straight hair strand we left everything on the table. The hair did not just fall into the plate. It was cooked with the food as it was covered in sauce and had a piece of chicken stuck to it. My dad ate about half the entree before finding it. This begs me to question if they wear hair nets in the kitchen, what their cleaning/sanitary/food safety procedures are and if the chefs even abide by them. I will never eat here ever in life.
Your usual Thai restaurant, tasty food. Not as good as it was pre pandemic. I guess changed management or owners

The food was pretty good (4 stars) but the service was non-existent. We kept trying to flag our server but it was nearly impossible. Eventually we got someone else to get us water after our food had came out.

Palm Thai Bistro is an absolute gem that serves fresh, authentic Thai food with outstanding service. The waitresses were very accommodating and diligent with our orders and ensured that everyone’s spice levels were met to their satisfaction. The best Thai restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere and the opportunity to support this friendly staff. 11/10!

I asked to sub broccoli for potatoes in my curry because I’m avoiding carbs and I was told it would be a $3 up-charge. Ive never had this be an issue at other Thai restaurants. It is the only Thai restaurant in the area but it’s not very good and this was the last straw. Now I drive to Fairfield or Benicia for better Thai restaurants with better service.

There's really only 2 vegan entrees and some wraps on the menu. We're tired of eating the same few things. I ordered steamed veggies to try something new and got 100% cabbage. Nothing else with it. ☹️ I like cabbage but I expected carrots, broccoli... several veggies, not just one. Disappointing.
Very attentive, sometimes you feel rushed but it's a small location so I understand
Vegetarian options: Mu Yang is by far my most favorite dish and the cucumber salad is delicious

The pumpkin curry and drunken noodles were great.
$16 for curry and it doesn’t come with rice!! No thanks. Plus if you’re going to charge extra for rice please put on the online menu that it’s not included! I won’t be back.

They had 4 seats available and did not accommodate us. The party of 2 were taking up a bigger table all they had to do ask them to move over. Their food had not arrived. We eat here at least 2-3 times a month. The service just gets worse and worse. The food is good the only reason why we come and our families come.

The fresh rolls were just what I was looking for. The soup was marked spicy but I could have used a touch more spice. It was delicious as it was. The cucumber salad was delicious.
