Just a few months ago, I'd give 5 stars, but three times now the crust has been so thin the toppings are touching the cardboard and that causes the pizza to stick. The extra crust was rolled over the edge making it even more difficult to free the pizza from the cardboard. It was a waded up mess by the time I got every piece off. This more recent time wasn't as bad but it was still stuck to the cardboard. Please figure this out.

Dietary restrictions: I enjoy the gluten-free crust as well as the dairy free cheese.

I used to get pizza there all the time. This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. We got a thin crust pizza large there was nothing on it no cheese no Canadian bacon and just a little sprinkle of onion. That’s it. The dough even seem very funny looking we ate a couple of pieces and threw the rest in the trash ! off to bigger nicer places from now on for pizza never going back don’t do it !!!

Worst experience trying to get something easy for dinner last night for the family. After waiting an additional 40 minutes after the 30 minute wait time from ordering online for our two pizzas to be done. We finally get our pizza's home to realize the one on the bottom was supposed to have regular pepperonis and giant pepperonis but only had regular pepperonis but wasn't worth going back across town. Then after baking the first pizza we realized that there's no pizza sauce on it. Then we bake the second one which is a Hawaiian one and there's no pizza sauce on it as well. So not only did we have to wait an additional 40 minutes for our pizzas we got shorted one topping on a two-top and pizza and neither of our pizzas had any pizza sauce on them.
I have a screenshot of my receipt that shows that both pizzas were supposed to have red sauce on them and the pepperoni one was supposed to have both kind of pepperonis.

They apparently closed early despite their app allowing me to order. Drove across the city to pick it up to be told they closed 15 minutes prior. Unreal. Never going back. Terrible customer service from the worker there.

This place is so bad I will go to the next town and never go here again they had there phone unplugged cause it was too busy looked closed from street didn't have half my order and was told I ment to call you to tell you we couldn't make half your order never again I will go anywhere els and my pizza I did get was lacking in any toppings and was made badly. So grosse

Ordered online just to arrive to one employee by the name of Elijah, who was overwhelmed but staying cool calm and providing great service. He had over 30 online orders with a line in the store and the phone ringing off the hook!! Sam, the owner, you should be ashamed of how you're running this place. Why aren't you there filling in helping your employee!??? I will go out of my way to order in Suisun. Thank you, Elijah, for your great service!!

I order take and bake about once a week. I'm not sure what has changed but these past few weeks the pizza quality has been horrible. The original dough does not rise and the toppings are skimpy.

Papa Murphy use to be a great go to but new owner cutting corners doesn't taste the same

My pal'et Strawberry Skittles...that's her real name, invited me to a BBQ at her place out on Peabody rd. ..she said she's doing a bunch of babyback ribs on her new grill and come over.
Well, when I got there she was frantic about the new grill because it wouldn't stay lit..she said it was defective and wanted me to see it.
It's a propane grill with the artificial coals, now get this...she squirted charcoal starter on the artificial coals and lit it with a match, and it would burn for 1 minute and go out. She didn't even know she needed a tank of propane gas!
Once again...Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza saved the day! And, let me tell you...it it was just as Amazing as the salad! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Store staff very friendly. The thin crust seems to much thinner than in the past. Wont order thin crust next time, will get regular crust. Needed to add that Papa Murphy's has excellent pizza most of the time, this was a one time thing. They have donated to the community for years.
