This is my favorite Papa Murphys. Anytime I go to a different one, I get screwed.

Never as I order it. Missing the baking instructions on every single pizza and bread. Try calling store and you can’t talk to anyone. And we are asked to tip 15% minimum? Laughable.

I walked in, bought 2 of the pizzas that were already made and left. Both pizzas cooked up just as expected and tasted great. I've had better pizza but the ability to cook one tonight and one tomorrow without buying frozen or waiting on a delivery made it very worthwhile.

I have to agree with other reviewers. This used to be a great place what happened to it who knows but papa Murphy should look into it.

First of all, I hate posting negative reviews. But oh well, here we go. This is the last time I will ever go to this place. I used to love getting pizza here. Quick and easy, and great prices. However the last time I was so grossed out that I asked for my money back. They gave me the run around, and I never got my money. So I'm just going to suck it up and never go back. Never!

5 stars for Vanessa and the other girl that usually works during her shift. They are amazing and have great customer service!2 stars for the thick (incompetent male) manager and the one on his shift (incompetent female subordinate); the ones that run out of food (medium crusts) and don't tell you until AFTER you've placed an order for pick up and (wasted this expensive CA gas driving over for pizzas that they didnt even bother to make)! Now they tell me that only family is available and I'd have to now pay more. Ridiculous, shame on those two. Everyone else, cool beans

Staff are always very friendly. I ordered my pizza online and it was ready on-time. The person working today was very friendly. I prefer this location to any of the other nearby locations. I started coming to this location after the other nearby location was getting my online order wrong and seemed to be very skimpy with the toppings.

Guy was to busy on his phone ear piece didn’t even make my pizza right also disappeared to the back for several minutes while you can hear him on his phone so had to just wait for him to come a wrap my pizza

The guy that made my Pizza?was super nice, polite, and fast. I really liked him. Sweet kid. Kept a smile the entire time. Parking - Pretty much non-existant, and very difficult to get in and out of!!! . The Prep area looked almost empty. Prices are high! We'll continue making our own pizzas at home. (cheaper to make at home, and a lot more ingredients for the price)

I've purchased pizzas from this location many times and have never had a problem; however, my most recent visit was a nightmare. I think the entire staff is new, so that may be part of the problem. So, I was a walk-in. I did have to wait a short time to place my order - no big deal, even though they were not busy. I placed my order and the total came to 17.50. I paid with a 20 dollar bill but the cashier was unable to provide change. He called for his manager who then took the 20 next door to get change. She asked how much change I was due and he told her $2.50. When she returned, she handed me 2 dollars when she walked in the door and headed to the register to put the rest of it in the drawer. I assumed she would get the rest of my change at that point, but she had other things to deal with in that moment. I waited for her to deal with the other issues and then stepped to the counter (my pizza in hand) she looked at me and asked me what I wanted. I said the rest of my change. She looked puzzled and I told her that she still owed me 50 cents, which seemed to irritate her. For some reason, she had to ask a co-worker for their code to open the register. The coworker gave her a number that didn't work so she asked for another coworker's code which also didn't work. At this point I had been in the store nearly half an hour and the person I was buying the pizza for is waiting in my car, so I told her to forget it and I left. The next day, I learned from the woman I bought the pizza for that it made her very sick. You may want to avoid this store for a month or two so they can work out the kinks - I know I will be.

Great Pizza, great people working there but owner is a cheap, mean spirited Scrooge.Used to get a Senior discount but the Boss fussed at his employees for "giving away MY money!" So, no more discounts.Apparently, he doesn't realize that without loyal customers and faithful employees, he,d be sucking lint!!!
