Even though the people change from time to time, they seem to still be able to hire more staff of the same caliber. The service is consistent. Its a great place for an afternoon pick me up too. We've made a lot of good friends there just from seeing people regularly and then getting to know them more. We will say bring your jacket because 90 percent of the time it's colder than a penguin's flipper even when it's cold outside.

Your barista, Israel (Izzy), is amazing and you are so lucky to have him representing your company. Thanks Jessica for refill my coffee! I told the story of my coffee and banana bread that I purchased at Vacaville location and that day was too windy and wind took away my bread! and I got sad ,I droped my coffee,,then I went home and called to ask if I can have refill ,the manager of vacaville location told me I have to come the same day not another day to refill!!
