Today at 2:30 PM, I went to Pho Saigon on Fairfield and ordered a bowl of Ribeye Pho $17.00 and a sandwich with Braised Pork Belly $6.50. The reason I am writing this review is so that others will not be disappointed like me because they went there without knowing the quality of the food. As someone who has loved Vietnamese noodles and Banh Mi sandwiches for the past 38 years, I can say that this place is absolutely terrible. The Pho broth was not beef broth at all, it was artificial, and the sandwich was so disgusting that I only finished half of it and left. I will not recommend anyone for this restaurant!!!

The pork bahn mi is decent. I would have liked more flavorful meat. There’s a good amount of meat on it but they put the meat on top of the veggies so I feel like I never got a good bite with both meat and veggies. Way too much mayo and the veggies had onions and not even sure if the carrots were even pickled.

Im hooked! The pho is soo good!! Spring rolls too, 2 for $4 what?! Yess please. And the smoothies, have only tried the blended strawberry so far with Boba, bomb 🔥. Super friendly staff. Give this place a try if you haven't already.

My grandfather loved the amazing pho he almost had a stroke from the liquid in his mouth. He fell in love with the banana smoothie because he used to shove banana's down his throat. With the black pearls it was over, the second those black balls came in his mouth he was instantly satisfied.
The Pho was incredible! Food in general was so flavorful and expertly cooked. Service was friendly and efficient despite the whole restaurant filling in the space of about 20 minutes, and a full line to pick up take out orders. My only complaint was that the restaurant's temperature was almost the same as outdoors. We were rather cold until our soup came to help warm us up. Overall, great meal and an excellent way to spend a chilly December evening.

I have been coming here since I moved to Fairfield and recently I started noticing however I was treated differently than other people. I would come in and people after me would be attended. The first time it happens I thought it was due to them being busy however it has happened multiple times to the point where I’m sitting waiting ten -fifteen minutes and no water , menu or any service.

This place is definitely number 1!! Food was amazing, service was great and prices are reasonable. In fact, they could probs may even raise their prices a little more if they wanted the food and service were so good!!! What a great restaurant!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Just devoured a bowl of the beef pho at Pho Saigon #1 and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the thinly sliced beef was so tender. The fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime really tied it all together. The Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls hit the spot. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're craving some fantastic pho!
