Just devoured a bowl of the beef pho at Pho Saigon #1 and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the thinly sliced beef was so tender. The fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime really tied it all together. The Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls hit the spot. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're craving some fantastic pho!

I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Fairfield, Vacaville and some in Sacramento! Overall this is my favorite place so far, you won’t be disappointed! You gotta try the Pho, so good!

Super bland summer rolls. At least they gave me a huge serving of peanut sauce
Best Vietnamese in Fairfield with vegan options to boot!

Pho Saigon No 1 is a popular Vietnamese restaurant in N. Texas avenue in Fairfield. It has no fancy decor or atmosphere, but comfortable tables and seats. Modest prices, with well seasoned dishes, and adequate sizes.
We came on a nice cool evening to grab some dinner. Their food and drink menu was simple and direct. I had a Com Tom Ga Nuong (Rice x grilled chicken and shrimp) with soup and milk iced tea. The food and soup were banal, lacks flavor and freshness. Moreover, both food and soup were lukewarm. Break my marbles!
One can opine that there was no love and dedication in food quality they serve. I have been to a two dozen vietnamese places, and guess what? I know what’s a mediocre food vs a great authentic cuisine. I was surprised when they served it in less than five minutes after ordering. If only they took time to warm it up more. But I reckon this is the type of place to get a quick in and out meal. Prices were very reasonable, hence, the locals liked it. Staff were cordial and competent.
Overall, I think it’s a decent Pho place for commoners. Given my dine-in experience I am reticent to recommend nor come back again.

The food is delicious and they’re rich in flavor. Each dish comes in decent portions that leave you feeling satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, the prices are surprisingly affordable, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. Lots of outdoor parking. This area is slightly shady, so it’s best to visit during the day.

We live in Sacramento and this is our go to spot to or from San Francisco. Yummy Everytime. Had the chicken pho before it was fabulous but the bihn mi is out favorite. Full of pork. Get extra veg. Crunchy hot bread. Eat asap for full effect. We're usually the only white people surrounded by Vietnamese people. As my mom used to say, if you're eating Italian be surrounded by Italians, if you're eating Mexican be surrounded by Mexicans, etc. A rule to live bye.
Best Pho in the area and hands down best boba
understaffed, Sat for 20 minutes, no one checked in. Watched them beg a family to sit back down after they were getting up to leave.
Half the restaurant wasn't eating.
They should get rid of a few tables if they can't provide.

Great service and delicious food! Was passing by on our way back home to Reno, NV and the reviews were great.
Meh on atmosphere but service and good is always fantastic! Prices have gone up like most places but got a surprise on your soup this time. Added a new piece of meat. Hope it's a new add-on and jot just something for that day it was fantastic!
The pork Bahn Mi was delicious!
I've been going here for over 10 years and it never fails to impress. Consistently delicious food, kind staff, and homely environment. I am so lucky to have Pho Saigon so close to home.

Good Vietnamese food at a good price. The pho was good and they offer a wide selection of pho additives. The pork Vietnamese sandwich was very good. The spring rolls were mediocre with too much rice paper and too much rice noodle
