Just devoured a bowl of the beef pho at Pho Saigon #1 and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the thinly sliced beef was so tender. The fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime really tied it all together. The Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls hit the spot. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're craving some fantastic pho!

I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Fairfield, Vacaville and some in Sacramento! Overall this is my favorite place so far, you won’t be disappointed! You gotta try the Pho, so good!

Pho Saigon No 1 is a popular Vietnamese restaurant in N. Texas avenue in Fairfield. It has no fancy decor or atmosphere, but comfortable tables and seats. Modest prices, with well seasoned dishes, and adequate sizes.
We came on a nice cool evening to grab some dinner. Their food and drink menu was simple and direct. I had a Com Tom Ga Nuong (Rice x grilled chicken and shrimp) with soup and milk iced tea. The food and soup were banal, lacks flavor and freshness....
