We used the app “too good to go” because they were on there. Absolutely rude, gave an attitude about us using the app, said it would take 25min to be ready (this is supposed to be a leftover surprise bag not a “cheap” pizza so idek why they would put themselves on this app). The guys working ignored us, we waited damn near 45min for a small pizza we got for $7. It’s crazy. And one of the guys had his entire butt crack showing lmao.

Ignore the sign on the front door that lists this business as closed at 10pm. This location is open after midnight. The pizza was good, the wings were decent, the cheesecake was not the best though.

Boneless wings are frozen chicken nuggets with hardly no sauce $11.99 for 10 pieces & Chicago pan style pizza was raw dough in some spots. Was told 20min waited 40min and no one was even in the restaurant. Very disappointed!! 😞

Great Indian inspired vegan pizza. Love how easy it is to order vegan pizza, not having to worry about substitution or cheese-less pizza. My non-vegan friend got the non-vegan pizza but she preferred my order😅

I had ordered a pizza for him and I had used my old stuff in it. The back part got spoiled. He did that. When I complained to the owner, he got angry at me and started abusing me. So I request everyone that no one should go behind him.

The guy who was supposedly the manager was extremely rude. I'm vegan and I ordered two plant based pizzas, but while I was ordering he was acting like he didn't understand a word I was saying or acting like he couldn't hear me and I'm standing directly in front of him, so I had to keep repeating myself. I had 3 family members standing with me while I was ordering and they heard me say 2 PLANT BASED PIZZAS. They heard HIM say 2 plant based pizzas when he read back the order. But he gave me 1 plant based and 1 regular pizza. All I wanted him to do was fix his mistake, but he had a real snappy attitude and kept telling me no like I'm the one who screwed up the order. I was trying to be polite but when he got snappy my sister and I snapped back, and that's when he changed the order. There is no way I'm going back there and it was my first time. Just because you're having a bad day or whatever, that's no excuse to push that on other people especially a customer

I discovered this place via Find Me Gluten Free. It was our first time there and first time eating at a Pizza Twist. I was excited to be able to eat a pizza as I have a wheat and cow’s milk allergy and other allergies. I ordered a pizza with a gf crust, sausage, onions and vegan cheese. At Mr. Ks suggestion my husband ordered the achari chicken pizza. Both pizzas came out loaded with toppings. They were sooo good! Definitely will eat here again.
Pizza was one of the worst ever.. the service is obvious based on how the guys that work there are in no rush to take your order even tho theres no body eating and the place is empty. Dont waste ypur time
Very interesting pizza, but very delicious. The dough was perfect for the style of pizza it is. The inside was a little lackluster, but the taste of the food made up for it.

When it comes to Pizza I don’t care about the “atmosphere.” But, if that’s your thing, don’t come here. It’s bare walls and no décor. We had the all meat pizza, which was a lot of pre-frozen topping mix and had little to no flavor as the sauce was bland. The crust needed to have more/some yeast in the dough. I suppose the high rating for this place comes from all the specialty things they have like vegan and gluten free options.
