The guy who was supposedly the manager was extremely rude. I'm vegan and I ordered two plant based pizzas, but while I was ordering he was acting like he didn't understand a word I was saying or acting like he couldn't hear me and I'm standing directly in front of him, so I had to keep repeating myself. I had 3 family members standing with me while I was ordering and they heard me say 2 PLANT BASED PIZZAS. They heard HIM say 2 plant based pizzas when he read back the order. But he gave me 1 plant based and 1 regular pizza. All I wanted him to do was fix his mistake, but he had a real snappy attitude and kept telling me no like I'm the one who screwed up the order. I was trying to be polite but when he got snappy my sister and I snapped back, and that's when he changed the order. There is no way I'm going back there and it was my first time. Just because you're having a bad day or whatever, that's no excuse to push that on other people especially a customer

I discovered this place via Find Me Gluten Free. It was our first time there and first time eating at a Pizza Twist. I was excited to be able to eat a pizza as I have a wheat and cowâs milk allergy and other allergies. I ordered a pizza with a gf crust, sausage, onions and vegan cheese. At Mr. Ks suggestion my husband ordered the achari chicken pizza. Both pizzas came out loaded with toppings. They were sooo good! Definitely will eat here again.
Pizza was one of the worst ever.. the service is obvious based on how the guys that work there are in no rush to take your order even tho theres no body eating and the place is empty. Dont waste ypur time

Very interesting pizza, but very delicious. The dough was perfect for the style of pizza it is. The inside was a little lackluster, but the taste of the food made up for it.
1st time here. Pizza tasted good but very light on the veggies and chicken. Their local competition for Indian Pizza uses A LOT more veggies and chicken so I will continue to go there.

The use of chopped toppings rather than sliced is a great idea. The crust has the right amount of crisp with a soft texture inside. Their pizza sauce is perfect and doesn't have that heartburn effect that other pizza places sauce can with some people. One more plus is that it's not a greasy pizza! The salads could be bigger though but other than that I would recommend Pizza Twist to anyone who wants to try something other than basic pizza and traditional flavors, although they can make that for you too if you just aren't ready to step outside the box.
Dietary restrictions: Calorie counts are fairly low compared to most pizza places.
The food was great. Had options for my vegan friend. The staff was helpful. Didn't seem happy but helped us with our questions. There was like one other family there so it was a little weird for atmosphere...

I love this combination of flavors. Itâs a Great twist. There are so many options. A a vegan I am happy there is a restaurant that lets you feel included. The food was excellent. The people were friendly. Great experience.

We had the all meat pizza, which was a lot of pre-frozen topping mix and had little to no flavor as the sauce was bland. The crust needed to have more/some yeast in the dough. I suppose the high rating for this place comes from all the specialty things they have like vegan and gluten free options.
