A visit to Red Lobster is always a WIN; and my experience at the Fairfield was a WIN. Excellent service. The wait staff was polite, professional, warm, friendly and brought lots of laughter with my amazing meal. Will definitely return with friends and family !!

The service and food was excellent at this Red Lobster in Fairfield, CA. The restaurant manager Jasmin Bear went out of his way to insure that our party was served in a very productive and courteous way. We were very impressed and look forward to dining there again.

This Red Lobster, located in Fairfield California has great service and food. We stop here regularly when traveling to and from the Bay area. We are always impressed with the excellent service we receive each and every time. I usually get the crab legs which is my favorite. But today I ordered lobster tail and steak the Wednesday dinner special. I did upgrade to the filet mignon and found the steak was really good - much better than I anticipated. While not an inexpensive meal, I think this was a bargain for steak and lobster with excellent service!

I can truly say that there is no other atmosphere like the Red Lobster. As a local, my husband and I find ourselves here at least every couple of months. Today it was a very good trip to the red lobster, considering the happy hour specials and the random events happening in the restaurant. I can definitely say that the manager Kim and our waitress Alby were exceptional and make sure that we had a great time. Also, who doesn’t love a five dollar cocktail! If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out considering the new marketing and it is Lobsterfest 🦞!

Hostess at the front was so nice and appreciated his customer service! So refreshing to have that, it’s not often you see the hospitality one brings at a restaurant. My waitress was also very kind and attentive! Great experience overall!!

The last time we visited a Red Lobster was about 20 years ago! Pretty good food, decent service, but very busy (had to wait quite a bit for drinks and our food). $140 bill for my Wife and I - OMG! Well, this is 2025 and we do live in California! Do I recommend this place? Yes! Just keep in mind it's not going to be cheap!

We had Jay as our server and he was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. I wanted a coconut margarita - and without hesitation he recommended a similar drink that was listed in the mocktail section, and added rum to it. It was like a piña colada on the rocks. Delicious! Thanks Jay!

We celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was delicious. Service was great. The steaks were tender and perfectly cooked. The lobster melted in our mouths. The lobster dip was so good we ordered an extra to take back to our room. We will definitely be back.
