Red Lobster in Fairfield never disappoints! The cheddar bay biscuits are absolutely irresistible, if you can get them, and the seafood is always delicious. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. My only complaint is the crowded parking lot - finding a spot can be challenging during peak hours. Despite the parking hassle, the food and service make it worth the visit every time!

The new waitress, Lindsey F., was very efficient and attentive to our table. My mother and I want to thank her and the staff for such a great experience!

James K was so amazing!! He was great from the moment we sat down. He was patient throughout our whole order and was very attentive to our table and anticipated our needs. Definitely deserves a raise + promotion!

The menu has changed since our last visit with fewer non fish options. Made it difficult for my daughter to order something. Everyone else was satisfied though. The food was good and came out hot. A definite plus. Our server, Malik, did an excellent job of making 4 people with all sorts of different requests satisfied. We would come back.
I went with a friend. It got quiet after 9:45pm, which was great. The food is delicious 🤤 the potatoes that came with the crab legs were immaculate -crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Those biscuits could start fights 😂

I ordered the lobster shrimp linguine and it was overcooked and dry, there were like two pieces of lobster that was dry and rubbery, the shrimp was dry and very little sauce. I ordered more sauce, which they wanted to charge me for, but didn’t help. First time I had a bad dish at Red Lobster. And even drove from Santa Rosa to Fairfield to eat there. At least met family there. Not worth the drive.
Also…the waiter was like trying to up sale items, no substitutions like they used to, was not concerned that I wasn’t happy with my dish, used to say, can I get you something else if you don’t like the dish. Was not that attractive to our needs and was distracted. Worst service I ever had at Red Lobster.
Guess that’s why not that many people.

We were there with a large party (16 maybe) and they accommodated us with no problem. Our server Kathleen did an excellent job catering to everyone's needs. She never got flustered or short with anyone. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. Thanks Kathleen!!

We had a great experience at your Fairfield CA location. Our server Rodney was exceptional and even after he was given a table of 12 in addition to his other tables we still felt taken care of. He is friendly and attentive!! And we all had delicious food with plenty to take home for the next meal. Thanks!!!

I’ve tried multiple RL in different areas and this one hands down has been the best! First off, the service was fast & we were greeted by friendly and fast staff, especially our waiter Rodney. Secondly, our food was AMAZING! Cooked to perfection and seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend coming to this location.

Food was an absolute delicacy to me since I was little. Me and my brother used to fight over unlimited biscuits(who gets the first biscuit.) ever since I developed a severe allergy to shell fish I haven't been able to go, price is a little high in my opinion. They do offer kids menus to adults for coloring if you wish, you just ask.
