Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Burger selection is really good if your craving burgers. I wouldn't recommend anything else on the menu.

They were so kind yesterday. It was an absolute treat to eat here, the food was just great! At the end of dinner I accidentally left my to go box, and when I came back to see if it was there they made me a fresh to go box. What kind people! I definitely will be back!!

Burger was good but the service was slow even though it wasn't busy. The garlic fries were very greasy

Literally just walked out. We were sat down, and no one, I mean NO ONE came to serve us. No drinks, nothing. For about 15 mins. The servers walked around us and not a soul came to us. And they were not busy. So we just up and left.

Had a nice lunch with my husband. Good food and good customer service too.

Great place to sit and bite and plenty of parking,peek times can get loud but friendly loud,food and service is great and unlimited fries helps the children and adults bill,leave a tip and you will love the staff...took my nephew family crew for his High School Graduation and big fun accommodations THXS...I'll be back

Excellent vegan burger lettuce wrap. Yummy!

The management may try to pull some tricks with you to make more money, but as long as you talk to them, they will correct those attempts. My server, Jay or Jey I cant remember, she was really good.

Waited 25 mins for a table finally was seated at a broken sticky table. The host even made a joke about the table being a lazy susan because it kept rotating. Was not given kids menus and the device with the games wasnt working. Which disappointed my kiddos who were looking forward to playing. Them we sat for 10 additional minutes waiting for a server who never came. So we got up and left. Would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

The food was good but the service and the server was shotty, ordered garlic fries at the beginning of the order, had to ask three different people and still never received them. We eventually asked for a box and our server to take the garlic fries that we never got off the check and she took 20 minutes to get back to us.

Went to Red Robin in Fairfield. About a 20 min wait, very nice waitress but maybe she was overwhelmed. Brought out cold burgers & hot fries. I didn't get a fork for my salad for over 30 mins. I ended up removing the meal from my bill & omw out I noticed how filthy the table was. We had a table of 5 & that was on

Servers were nice but the service wasn't good. They brought desert first. They got my desert order wrong. The food took forever to come. I had to ask for bottomless fries. My food was sloppy and thrown together.

Place could use a little cleaning and updating food was good milkshakes I almost finished my whole Burger before my milkshake arrived

Went there for Veterans Day With My Father it was excellent service and to be open in the morning their burgers were very fresh and tasty

Food was good. Some of the new menu items seem a bit pretentious but otherwise usual red Robin fare. Server was friendly if detached, service was fairly quick. The little machine on the table for paying didn't work and because of that and I didn't get an itemized bill which I was unhappy about. Not a terrible place to eat but I think it'll be while before I come back.
