Awful service! Ordered delivery time was told 60 minutes. Delivered at 2 hrs! Excuses when calling to find out the issues, then tried to keep calling and no one would answer the calls at the store. No manager available. Delivery driver said she was ready to quit only being there 2 days.
Horrible pizza! Cold and old yuck!!

Ordered several pizzas for delivery on Halloween for a house full of guests. I called in order early to make sure they had plenty of time. Pizza never delivered. I tried to call over and over again, no answer. After an hour and half past delivery we drove over and the ordered had never been prepared. A lot if excuses about people calling in sick, working on online orders, etc.. Unfortunately, this is the second time this location has failed. They did the exact same thing 2 years ago (but was an online order) and never delivered. If they cannot keep up with orders on Halloween, don't take orders.

I just got a personalized pizza with 4 toppings from the Green Valley location in Fairfield. It was excellent. The employee who took my order on the phone was excellent. The cashier inside the restaurant was excellent. I recommend this Round Table Pizza location.

I’m giving one star not because of the service, but because management left one young woman running the entire store alone. She was taking orders, cooking, serving, cleaning, and doing everything herself, all with a smile and great attitude.

It’s unacceptable that a company like Round Table Pizza would understaff like this, especially when the place is busy. To make it worse, tips can’t be added on card payments, so I couldn’t even thank her properly.

She deserves praise, but management deserves the criticism. Do better.

Place is disgusting ripped seats , bathroom was gross ants every, had ants in my soda thought okay let me change it out started drinking a brand new soda and ants were in it again

Always order online or in person. If you call, you will pay full price through an ordering service. There are always specials in person. Shout out to Ahiah. He treated everyone so kindly and was wonderful. He went out of his way to help me. Appreciate you, thank you❤️

This has to be one of the lousiest customer service I experienced. I’ve called in store to ask a question, a middle aged grown man answered saying which round table it was, once hearing my question hung up right away. Called a few more times, the man picked up with the same response then hung up before I could ask the question. This is a very unprofessional, rude, and unethical way to represent the place you work for..

Super friendly and quick service! Amazing lunch buffet, clean, stocked salad bar(my fave), definitely coming back .

I think it is one of the best pizza place around.

This restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. I met here with about 30 ladies for lunch and festivities today. They were a little short handed, but the workers did their very best to serve us . However, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness today. It was really bad. Also, on the last visit to this restaurant, we mentioned to the staff that there is a rug near the salad bar that is a serious tripping hazard, but it was still in the same place today. This place has the potential to be a good choice, but they really need to get a cleaning crew in there.

I spent $64 on a small veggie and a medium cheese. Plus, four drinks. Then my granddaughter asked for some ranch dressing in a small salad dressing cup…get this…they wanted another .80 cents. I was outraged! I will never go back. No kindness here just you know what! District manager I spoke to is Shawn area manager, who said it’s policy. Very unhappy.
