My mom ordered pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and garlic twists for delivery on Halloween for me and my sisters birthday party. She ordered it at 7:04 and at 8:45 she called and they said it was under the warmer with no one to bring it. She asked for a partial refund and they said no. I ended up driving down there to pick it up. The lady at the counter was so rude it was embarrassing for the business. She obviously hates her job. They had remade the pizzas and supposedly refunded her for the delivery charge. She said it never went back to her card and when she calls they won’t let her talk to the manager and they hang up on her. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I ordered my food online. I was told that it would be ready in 45 minutes. I got to the restaurant and the young lady at the register was short and snappy with the customers. My food wasn't ready, and I was told that they lost my order after I waited over an hour for my food. No manager came out to apologize or nothing for my time or their mishaps.

The guy that served us took a very long time for takeout even though it was a timed order, we order two hours ahead of pickup time and there was only one order ahead of us. Then while we were waiting a guy came in to order a sandwich and it took 10 minutes before anyone even came out to take his order.
