Disappointing to say the least. I am a huge Round Table fan. We are new to Fairfield and were excited to learn there was one not too far from our new place. Ordered through website for delivery. Pizza arrived with the safety seals/stickers completely not attached to the box on both sides. We were Leary but hungry so we proceeded to eat up. Now, unbelievably disappointed. The pizza was under cooked and doughy (almost too think in some areas) and the toppings-onions and mushrooms crispy/raw as if tossed onto the pizza after cooking it. The pepperoni was soft and flimsy (we were expecting crispy with melty cheese). Have you ever ordered a $40 pizza and then ended up eating McDonald's? Unbelievable. Called spoke with staff who advised we could come get a replacement via take-out. Wish we would have just done that to begin with. Now we have to wait until tomorrow to speak with a manager Alex. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

Told 20 minutes and waited almost 45. And I even had to tell them to pull my jalapeño poppers out, because i was on a time crunch. Had i been told longer i wouldn't have kept my order. And i wouldn't be as upset if someone who came in after me and ordered after me got served before me. Yes there was a large door dash that came in but the employees weren't moving with purpose. Primarily the guy. It seemed like the young woman was doing a lot alone.

Never eaten inside, but service is great and the food we got was EXCELLENT worth my money!... I forgot the pizza we got but almost like a Hawaiian type.. Thanks Round Table excellent Pizza.

If I could rate 0 or negative stars, I would. Nothing as advertized, and not like my previous purchases or other review pictures. This and many other RT locations aren't what they used to be. We've been regulars here for decades, but likely not anymore. The quality of food and service has tanked in recent years. Way too many corners cut to pad profits. Pizza's are cooked on conveyors, not in ovens anymore, no cornmeal on the cardboardy crusts, and I barely ever see anyone dining in anymore. Dead giveaway. This is a shabby little cornerstore operation now. They don't even hire their own drivers so they can't use insulated warmers anymore, as they'll go missing while farming it out to doordashers, which is making makes wait times inconsistent. You are better off picking it up yourself as it'll show up cold, or possibly not at all if they cant find a dasher. The website and app are garbage and are missing items, showing things not available, are the wrong prices, and irritatingly glitchy clearing your cart repeatedly in the middle of orders. For $45-55 we expect decent service and quality pizza pies. $80+ dollars for a pizza with breadsticks and wings is outrageous at this poor quality.
This makes 3+ disappointments in a row. Tonight's pickup was the worst yet. (Pictures provided) Ordered King Arthur Special no Bellpeppers. It had skimpy /thinly sliced/ desiccated toppings, and barely any sauce. Was dry and flavorless. There were only 2 wings in the $20 12pc wings order (big surprise, as drumsticks are 1/3 the cost per FYI) and even the $10 breadsticks were somehow leathery on the bottom and unappetizing. I went back to ask them what happened and requested a refund, and the staff refused to assist me, blaming "corporate trying to cut back on toppings costs", and claiming they can't adjust the slicers thicker or do anything better next time. They acted like they've never had to do a refund before and check their rules, before claiming it's against policy to give refunds without the customer sending an email asking for one...
Appalling. Without stating any names, I'm permanently taking my family's patronage to local REAL NY Pizzerias from now on, A Staten Island Garbage Pie or Ultimate Manhattan Meat Pie is always tastier AND FAR better quality for the same, or often lower price... In my honest opinion, at this rate Round Table corporate is pinching pennies so hard on ingredients, while padding their wallets by highway robbing consumers and taking advantage of underpaid employees, they are quickly becoming a dying fast food chain. Good riddance. Never again.

We ordered are our pizza and was told 15 minutes, so after 25 minutes I asked were sour pizza. We'll the lady said our pizza had a bubble in so she had the guy remake it? Well they didn't communicate that! After waiting another 20 minutes we get our pizza. IT WAS NOT EVEN HOT, IF IT WAS JUST MADE WOULDN'T IT BE HOT? NOT LUKE WARM!!?? This location is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. WE WILL NOT BE GOIG BACK EVER!! Round Table on Waterman do better!!

Ordered online, went to go pick up, and saw i was getting charged more because they don't know accounting basics of how to run a business. Another place that charges a surprise %10 percent when you get your receipt. If you want to charge more then charge more, don't try to slide it in at the end. Will not buy there anymore.

Worst $30 dollar pizza in history I got the special, "Feast of Flavors" no pizza sauce and half the pizza was missing pepperoni. Ot was light as a ballon, I will cross you off my list for good. It's like a $30 dollar dry piece of garlic bread.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t eat any. I couldn’t get past how disgusting the restaurant looked after being open only 30 mins. (We arrived at 10:30). I was taking my son for an early lunch. The floor in front of the salad bar was so greasy I nearly slipped and fell on my way to the bathroom. Gas station restrooms looked cleaner than this bathrooms - it was atrocious. Coming back from the restroom I peered into the kitchen and spotted kitchen tools (I think a cutting tool of some sort) on the tile floor and it remained there the entire time we were there. I couldn’t bring myself to try the food but my son has his heart set on pizza so we stayed. Fortunately I can report he avoided any food borne illnesses but I would not recommend this facility unless cleanliness is not on your top priory list when choosing a food establishment. ****update - stock response from “RoundTable” is not helpful. Looking back on historical reviews over the last 6 years this has been a pervasive and ongoing issue about cleanliness. What assurances can you give that something will actually change???

One day it will have like 15 slices and next time 30. Don't they have instructions and pictures on how to make a pizza the round table way. The best round table is the one in Suisun.
