Had a wonderful dining experience at saffron. The staff especially Sarb was courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was outstanding—flavorful, well-prepared, and true to authentic Indian taste. Standout dishes included the butter chicken and biryani, complemented perfectly by freshly made naan. We went for a nice meal, but the service was so bad that we left without food. I feel that there was a race issue, the did not seem to want to serve us.(we are black individuals). It felt very uncomfortable and awkward. I will never go back.

One of the worst biryanis I’ve ever eaten. It tasted awful, we hated it, and we ended up throwing it away.

One of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. The vibe and service were so off as soon as we got there. When we entered the restaurant, three of the servers looked at us and just stared blankly and it felt so awkward to just ask for a table and then get a curt response. Throughout our time there ordering and eating, the three servers were half fighting with each other and we had to hard call to catch the attention of our server multiple times even though we were in his direct line of sight. He spent all the time on his phone and it felt like he actively tried to ignore us.

I am just so surprised that it was such an awkward experience but we were the only people along with another table of family. I will not be going back there again. The food was okay, nothing out of the ordinary and a bit on the greasy side.
