Me n hubby were in town visiting his family ( we live in Nipomo)..Sis-n-law served Star bread at breakfast.i never had them, so when we were leaving to head back to the Central Coast, we went by Star bread n I bought a whole bunch (lol) and I also got some dinner rolls and they are delish too..if ur in the area,go try them out, their yummy!

I’m a Brit trying to find that real bread taste without resorting to making my own haha! US bread is just awful and way too sweet. Even the sourdough is awful. My search continues… but this place at least didn’t hide the fact it was sugar drenched. Reminded me of finger buns back home.

They sell it to you hot and fresh out of the oven! Tastes so delicious, you could buy a box of 25, and by the time you got home, the box would be empty, it tastes THAT GOOD!

This place is so good. I decided to stop by and get some senorita bread for my family and myself. I would highly suggest going here if you ever have the opportunity to do so. I'm very happy that they survived the worst part of COVID. I will continue to go here until I move out of the area.
