I came to this Starbucks because I was getting off of work and I was craving a vanilla bean Frappuccino. As soon as I walked in there were 2 ladies working and both of them we’re very very nice and respectful to me. They made my Frappuccino beyond excellent and it tasted really good. This was around 10:45AM on October 28, 2020. When I left they told me to have a great day, which most employees don’t do anymore. I’ll for sure will be coming back here.

We arrived mid-morning just before the brunch rush. The food was very tasty, fresh & hot and served with a smile. Loved that they had gluten-free bagel options for breakfast sandwiches. My daughter had the breakfast burrito & couldn't finish the whole thing because it was so big. You can tell it's a local favorite, for there was never a quiet moment. Plenty of seating inside, but they also have seating outside that accommodates well behaved dogs, too. Will visit again when we return Savannah in the future.

Whether or not you are a first time visitor to Savannah or repeat, you MUST go to Goose Feathers! Their food and coffee is delicious and service is amazing!I absolutely love it here and go every time I’m in Savannah!

During the devastating fires affecting Vacaville this Starbucks was open but refused to let evacuees and responders use the restrooms. I understand COVID concerns but have some compassion!

I've never had an issue ordering my customized drinks the way I like it until I came to the store. ordered my drink and barista Sherry came up and informed the cashier to type it in a different way which caused me to pay $2 extra versus what I normally pay
This Starbucks has a great open area and nice seating outside.

I ordered on the mobile app today at 7:20 in the morning. I arrived at 7:30. I still hadn't gotten my drink at 7:50, and school started at 8:00. They didn't even know my order existed until I said something. They didn't even get the cup size right, but it was probably because they were busy. I'm not the type to complained but everyone else had gotten their drinks in the span of 5 minutes and I waited a half hour for my order they didn't even get right. I'm thankful i at least got something, but come on...

The employees are always sweet and helpful and the place generally has a nice feel to it. One employee in particular her name is Sherry I think and she always has a smile on her face and is very nice.
