I mobile ordered several drinks, including one with pumpkin foam and spices. I waited over 30 minutes for my last drink, only to find out they were out of pumpkin foam. Instead of letting me know or updating the app to prevent this, they handed me a plain espresso with regular foam that tasted like iced milk. Really disappointing and frustrating experience — poor communication and no effort to make it right. Thats my order and they just ignored all other details on the order no caramel no white chocolate mocha and she did extra ice 😒

I tried the pecan oatmilk cortado and it was magnificent!
Nice selection of cups and mugs available, as well as food items. Seating was ample. Parking... not so much. But, the restroom was well taken care of.

The associate - Rebecca - that took my order yesterday was clearly miserable and rude. I’m visiting family here so I had a large order of 6 drinks. I placed my order inside at the counter. After each item I ordered she asked is that it and when I said no she would SIGH as if my large money making order was an inconvenience. With an inappropriate tone she said ugh you guys have such a big order!
Rebecca - I am NOT sorry you have to do your job and pls disclose up front if you are not capable of receiving orders of more than 1 beverage. I would have happily ordered with one of your smiling coworkers

Went to sit down, no tables, no chairs. Needed to use the bathroom and buy a coffee. Said we had to make sure we order something. Done with bathroom but no coffee yet (not busy) Had to tell them what I ordered so they’d finally make it. Got a cold brew luke warm, no ice

The refresher drink was great . We asked the barista where was the pet of the month picture ? She said the new manager said it's not Starbucks standard. Really are you kidding. Dont make me go to Dutch brothers!!
