Took a while for being empty, but the barista was friendly and apologetic. Iced coffee was good, iced tea was burnt tasting.

Normally I come to the Starbucks once a day 5 days a week for coffee.. at least two or three of those days I either have to deal with one of their cashiers having an attitude or my drink just being made and it tasting disgusting.. there is one woman in particular who whenever I come in order on her days my drink always comes out with perfection delicious.. and she's always super friendly I'm going to have to get her name next time.. she's one of those people that you can be in the worst mood ever and her happiness itself will change your day around.. today is October 7th at 10:00 and she was there this morning and she's a younger African-American girl who's normally in the Drive-Thru window whenever I see her but I just want her to know that her customer service skills are amazing. And it's employees like her that build returning customers..

Parking lot is super busy. Not a great set up for the long lines. You can only mobile order and order through drive through. Very slow service. My food was cold. Not a happy customer today. :(

What's the point of ordering ahead of I have to wait 20 min in the drive thru to get my order? Just plain don't take orders ahead like many Starbucks don't. Came to pick up my order and the doors are closed. A little late... mmm leave my order behind and lose my $12 or stay in the drive thru well screw it I guess I'll just wait and never be back. Thanks for the heads up. Might sound pitty but why offer a service that many of us love to use to avoid the wait and then not honor it?? Enough said...

Lazy costumer service they refuse to let you order if you have no car, i am big on trying to keep the environment clean and reuse my cup but unfortunately this store makes it impossible to do that. They don't let anyone inside the lobby & have signs up on the entrance doors letting costumers know that their lobby is closed but has there drive thru open for over a year now.

I love my warm cheese Danunish. Everytime I'm welcomed and engaged in a nice conversation. Omagá when driving up to the window the waff of coffee ☕ is just wonderful. The coffee is delicious ? peace n love to all

Staff here is very rude. I went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window I told her to wait to scan my points. The only reason I went there was because I was six points away from a free coffee. She completely ignored me for like 5 minutes and when she open the window again she said oh it's too late I can't scan for your points and I asked her to refund it then and charge it again. The only reason I went to Starbucks this morning was for the points. She rolled her eyes at me and close the window. I will never be coming back to the Starbucks again.
