They close to in-store sales at 2 in the afternoon. They are not very nice about it.

The card machine did not work at the drive thru. They kept the drive thru open anyway.
Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to get a non-management, non-operational job.
I intentionally went through the drive thru for a reason, and they need to shut it down or they need to inform people before they order that they can only take cash at the drive thru window.

They wouldn’t let me use my own cup because they said it wasn’t clean enough for them. When they had been washed this morning. Calling me dirty by proxy and trying to blackmail me into paying 50 cents to use your cup?

Bad service. This location has really declined.
Lots of seating options. My order was fine, I had no problem with any of the employees. The manager in charge Vicky, however, seems to create a lot of tension in the store.. staff seems stressed and probably needs a breather, considering its the holidays and all.

Located in a corner across from Staples the patio was the only thing open because the living room was closed and not only that the windows were filthy the staff is not very friendly and when you asked for extra help on an item they say they can do it.
I mean is like a recipe for chaos bad location dirty windows and bad service the only decent thing will hear it was a coffee but they didn't even make that right so go figure you can put it all together income to your conclusion.
Just saying this because I don't want you to visit and be disappointed.
Good seating availability.
It has a real big table in the back, which looked more like a private room.

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received at your 1200 Oliver Rd Fairfield, CA store. On 10/21/24 I visited the store expecting the high standard of service Starbucks is known for, but unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized. I waited an unusually long time to place my order, despite there being no significant crowd. When I finally did, the barista Kari was rude, impatient, and did not seem to care about my concerns or preferences. My order was prepared incorrectly, I was overcharged and wasn’t given a receipt and when I politely requested a correction, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional.
This entire experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I regularly enjoy Starbucks and expect a certain level of quality and service. I am hopeful that this situation can be addressed, as this incident does not reflect the typical customer experience I’ve come to appreciate from your brand.
