Plenty of room to study or do work. Staff is friendly and greets guests. Manager is friendly. Love the music and seating.

Every time I have came to the Starbucks, I have always gotten exceptional customer service. However, there was a time last week where I completely messed up my order and was so embarrassed because it was totally my fault. I was taken a back at how the situation was handled by an employee named Natalia, she was absolutely amazing and instead of being annoyed
That I messed up my own order she offered to fix it with the biggest smile on her face. I honestly can’t say enough good things because it was a Very short, but yet meaningful encounter thank you so much Natalia for being such a great person And handling everything the way that you did because I know had it been another Starbucks location I could have definitely gotten the side eye (and rightfully so) 🤭 From employees there. Thank you so so much.

the policies are awful. restrrooms should be open to anyone. requiring payment for tapwater and use of the bathroom gets your company no business from me! i understand not wanting homeless sleeping or using drugs in your bathroom, however UNIFORMED workers trying to find an open restroom should not be required to buy something. same goes for water TAKE A HIKE STARBUCKS!
This company will make you pay to use the bathroom even if you're a delivery worker trying to find a place to take a leak. Starbucks is a greedy corporation and these people at this location are sucking up and licking their boots.
Edited to add Staples across the parking lot does not charge to use the bathroom and they have wonderful facilities

I met a coworker to drive together at this location and purchased coffee and food. Upon dropping that coworker off later that day, I asked to use the restroom and was turned away. I just thought that was a little ridiculous.

They close to in-store sales at 2 in the afternoon. They are not very nice about it.

The card machine did not work at the drive thru. They kept the drive thru open anyway.
Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to get a non-management, non-operational job.
I intentionally went through the drive thru for a reason, and they need to shut it down or they need to inform people before they order that they can only take cash at the drive thru window.

They wouldn’t let me use my own cup because they said it wasn’t clean enough for them. When they had been washed this morning. Calling me dirty by proxy and trying to blackmail me into paying 50 cents to use your cup?

Lots of seating options. My order was fine, I had no problem with any of the employees. The manager in charge Vicky, however, seems to create a lot of tension in the store.. staff seems stressed and probably needs a breather, considering its the holidays and all.
