I just ordered a peppermint hot coffee and it was hot chocolate. I went inside and the young lady poured peppermint in it and stirred. It was not good at all. I went inside and requested my refund. Her demeanor is not pleasant at all. I will not be returning and should have went elsewhere.

I had two completely different experiences at this Starbucks yesterday and today.Yesterday a very nice young man took our order and made our drink excellent service and great drinksBut this morning was not the same, the woman that helped us was so rude and awful with her unnecessary comments like we were asking her to give us our drinks for free! rudely telling us "we charge extra for that" as she turned back and mumbled under her breath. I am aware that you charge extra it's not my first time at Starbucks!I was very upset Safeway/ Starbucks no one wants this interaction first thing in the morning. Plus she charged us double for the cream cause in her opinion it was just to much.

I never leave reviews but this time around had too! This one girl working today was moving like sooo slow! Took her 40 minutes to serve the 3 people in front of me! Don’t go here unless your prepare to wait a veryyy long time!

Just left this place on 2/12/2021. I approached the counter at 545 and there was a customer that just got done ordering. I was very rudely told we are closed. Young girl with long dark hair. I just wanted some ice. I check on the website to see they close at 7.
