Thank you Dawn!! I wanted more syrup in my coffee. She was so kind and even added more toppings because the toppings went to the bottom of my coffee. She did all this with cheer and a smile. Wow! Great customer service! Holidays are hard for me and she lifted my spirit. Kindness heals the heart. Thank you Dawn.

My coworkers and I are daily customers at this location, spending approximately $750 per month. Given this level of loyalty, our recent experience raises serious concerns about customer service and management accountability.
After receiving a drink with a hair in it, we were given a card stating, “The next one is on us,” without any explanation of limitations. When we returned the following day, we were still charged $3.70 and told the card was only valid up to four dollars. Why was this not clearly communicated?
More concerning was a staff member questioning the cleanliness of our hands regarding drink stickers and then throwing the entire stack toward us in front of other customers. This was humiliating and felt discriminatory. Is this behavior consistent with Starbucks’ service standards?
As long-standing customers, we expect professionalism, clarity, and respect. Management should address this to prevent losing other loyal customers.

I came in with my mother ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Waiting 20min for my order the while the girls are just chatting away and calling every other customers Name but Mine. I FINALLY Go check on my order and it was just off to the side NO CALLED MY NAME. I approached the pick up desk I said I guess the young lady forgot to call my name for order I was met with a smug look I approached the front counter said again my order was not called again met with a smug look no apology at all cold sandwich Frappuccinos are melted and again no apology no accountability nothing I paid $26 for order just to sit there cold and melted

I was told at another Starbucks that the existence of 50 cent refills. with a line behind me the lady was adamant that it doesn't exist. that they quit doing it. she didn't offer to make an exception, no alternative. so if you thought there was a 50-cent refill, it does not exist at this location.😞 this multi-billion dollar corporation has given up 50 cent refills. and no breaks. I will stick with other locations.

Yay! They are back to getting it right! After a year of poor service, this Starbucks is back to running smoothly. There are several new staff members. I even saw someone cleaning off tables and chairs - one of my pet peeves. Well done folks??
