We ordered several drinks from this store. Fraps were literally the worst we’ve ever had. They looked like running water. No flavor. Zero blended like texture. Our grande soy latte was half empty and again, with little flavor. To top it off, straws were not provided and of course our teens were unable to enjoy.I spoke to a stand in manager by the name of Zelik. He was the most unpleasant and unprofessional Starbucks employee. What an embarrassment for the company!

Poor service, disinterested staff very slow!!!! Ordered 2 lemonaids recieved one and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the second while strawberries were replenished
