We ordered several drinks from this store. Fraps were literally the worst we’ve ever had. They looked like running water. No flavor. Zero blended like texture. Our grande soy latte was half empty and again, with little flavor. To top it off, straws were not provided and of course our teens were unable to enjoy.I spoke to a stand in manager by the name of Zelik. He was the most unpleasant and unprofessional Starbucks employee. What an embarrassment for the company!

They get it right EVERYTIME. My drink is very custom and kinda complicated lol but I am ALWAYS greeted with a "Hello" or "Welcome in" plus whenever I order on the app ahead of time I rarely ever have to wait. Customer service is off the chain. I drive past about 4 other Starbucks just to get to this one. Thank you for being consistent and kind. You really don't know how it's helping. Perfect location, plenty of parking, super calm and clean inside and my drink is always good!!

Poor service, disinterested staff very slow!!!! Ordered 2 lemonaids recieved one and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the second while strawberries were replenished
