Pizza is just ok, the person working there is on his phone the whole time I don’t know what language he was speaking. Bread sticks needed to be cooked more. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is not India put on some damn gloves and stop wiping your face with your shirt and arm go to the bathroom nasty young guy preparing food they have visible roaches and flies. All on a salad bar. Looks like they use the same food over and over until somebody eats it at the salad bar. Go to Concord if you want some straw hat, pizza.

Ordered a XL pizza, and although there were only 2 other people in the restaurant, it took forever for them to make my pizza. Also, the guy working the counter wasn't friendly, and seemed tired and overworked. After getting the pizza home, my family and I realized it wasn't all that great.

The service at straw hat is horrible I go inside the employee Andy was just straight rude he took forever to take my order and I was asking if I can get a pepperoni pizza and he saying a different kind of pizza he asked to go or for here I told him for here he put my pizza in a box to go Then the pizza was burnt on the bottom Andy is the worst employee at straw hurt. I recommend this straw hat to nobody I spent 43.37 just for the pizza to be nasty. I bought a cup and my dad drink water that don’t justify the pizza being burnt and I don’t care about what you say I’m a food reviewer so if your food is bad I’m going to give you a review on your restaurant

I was here for a birthday party with a medium large group. The pizza was delicious, but I think most people come here for the atmosphere, with a karaoke machine and drinks available. Surprising for an unassuming place like this.
Pizza was just ok. Wings were bad. U can taste the freezer burn. Small wings that tasted frozen. Pizza was tasteless. I wanted to try straw hat because i had it years ago as a kid. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Quaint local family restaurant. Great atmosphere and wonderful food. Service is a bit slow and when ordering takeout with a specific pickup time I was still waiting over 20 minutes for my order.

Service was terrible. Employee acted bothered and looked as if he just woke up. No greeting no thank you nothing but a grumpy face!!! Salad bar had no cucumbers very little thousand island dressing. It was not busy so do not know why products in salad bar were empty. I ordered to go . Paid over 40.00 plus a tip Undeserved . For a large pizza and salad. I will not be back based on customer service and salad bar being under stocked. Don’t appreciate rude employees that act as if you are bothering them
