Love the service and the ingredients, but came to the location an hour before closing to order one sandwich and the door was locked. Saw someone in the back, wrapping everything up and was ignore me the till I walked away before returning to the front

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Poorly constructed sandwich. I asked for a side of sauce and was told no cause they were out of containers. So I asked if they could put it in a water cup, they responded with "we could put it in a cookie sleeve" what? So since YOU dropped the ball on ordering containers I have to get my sauce in a cookie sleeve? After educating them how a water cup is a container that holds liquids, they proceed to put 5 drops of sauce in it. I usually wouldn't complain but every time I've been to this location it's a terrible experience

Terrible customer service. Very unclean store with a bad smell. They do not honor subway coupons, if they do they pick and choose which ones they do. The selections seems old and stale. They are very skimpy on the cheese and veggies. Would not recommend this location at all. Go to Fairfield for a better experience. Not worth wasting your time or money to support such trash.

Thank you Subway team for the amazing hospitality and accommodations! We went in last week to ask about catering for an upcoming training and were offered various options. The day of pick up went smoothly and all of our participants were very pleases with the freshness and variety. We look forward to working with them again!

“Add veggies for free!” the sign clearly stated for pizzas on the giant menu hanging above their heads. When I pointed this out to them after they upcharged me (for 4 veggie toppings), they didn’t seem to care and were uninterested in refunding the extra charge. Not honoring the printed menu prices is one of my biggest pet peeves, so that’s the entirety of the one star rating.Tho as a side note they also wouldn’t sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings without upcharging (at least they warned me about that), despite litereallly every other Subway I’ve ever ordered a pizza from doing it.

Still wanted to eat a Subway sandwich, and after experiencing the rude employee over at the Central Plaza location, I decided to come to this one just a mile away.It was SO MUCH BETTER of an experience here, like night and day! They allowed me to use their restrooms, they accepted my coupon, they were nice and friendly! To anyone passing through Cordelia wanting Subway, go to this location. DO NOT go to the other location a mile away in the Central Plaza area.
