STAY AWAY!!! How hard is it to select the correct bread or the correct toppings from an online order…both sandwiches completely WRONG!

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches. The online order specifically said extra veggies and she wouldn't even consider it. I was there before she made it and I even reminded her she just smiled and kept making my sandwich. She didn't say one word to me the entire time from the moment I showed up until I took my sandwich and left not even hi, how are you, thank you, have a nice day or anything not a single word.

I like sandwiches and the restaurant is close to work, but there is a language barrier. The last 2 times I have been there, they have given me the wrong bread. This last time I caught it before she finished making the sandwich. When she got the correct bread, she removed all the ingredients from the wrong sandwich and just threw it on the correct bread...it looked kind of disgusting..they also (often) forget to add the extra ingredients that I paid for (bacon, avocado); they say they will make it right when you come in again, but they didn't, even though I gave them the name of the individual that said they would not charge me extra. I mentioned the issue before she started making the sandwich, yet she tried charging me for the extra avocado. I will try a different location, that is not as close you my job.

I placed an order for two sandwiches totaling $38.89 and the worker there said she didn’t receive anything. I showed her my bank statement and my email that i ordered at her store. But nope not only did she refuse to give me my food she wouldn’t give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will never purchase from this store what a joke!!!!

Great service but one of the workers asked me to go to the back and he unbuckled his belt. Food was great, but for mayo they used nut.

It seems there is only one worker ever there. The sandwiches are not as full of meat or Tuna like they used to be, and the vegetables don't look too fresh. It used to be the place to go for sandwiches ,but not anymore....sad...

FYI- Website says open until 9:30 on Sat. Business hours on door say 8:00pm and I was met at door at 7:30pm saying they are closed. Asked if I needed one sandwich- I said no and she said we are closed. Bummer I should have checked reviews before I went.

Store way dirty and staff was rude but I watched and the food was ok
Staff needed training to help deaf customer, I can talk but they refuse to speak slowly and when I asked they made rude gusture that I'm sure they didn't mean.

Wheelchair accessibility: They didn't even look at my friend in the chair, ask me to hurry him up because he was also deaf!

The sandwich here was so dry. The girl said she had only very little mustard but could get some from the back & didn't. Then said she had very little onions unless I wanted to wait for her to cut some and but she didn't. Lazy, lazy, lazy!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! The owner will not participate in any promotion even though it says in the app that they are a participating location. If you place an order they will cancel it. My order said ready at 12:45 and when I arrived to pick it up they told me they would not make it because there was a coupon attached to the order and that my order “eventually” would be canceled and I would be given a refund. My order was not cancelled until 1:16 half an hour after I arrived to pick up. Also, this place is dirty and had mold in their agua Fresca drinks.
