Do not go to the Safeway This Indian lady is rude as hell. Me and my family have COVID-19 so we decided to order. We get the order of the food is not toasted as per requested and I got a 6-in Subway when I ordered a footlong. They kept hanging up on DoorDash support so I had to go down there she refused to give me a refund talking about its doordash's fault and she can make me another sandwich I don't want to sandwich now from you guys because for one you're being rude refusing to give me a refund but it's perfectly fine Don't go here they do not care about their job and to be honest they're not that well kept clean. And this is the only Subway that I was able to order from via delivery.

The bread my daughters sandwich was made on was like croutons. I wasn't aware of this until she had already started eating it. When I picked up my order the special instructions that I asked for were not met. I was disappointed with this experience. It wasn't given what it should or could have. I guess you get what you pay for. I will continue to go to Jersey Mike's from now on!

We just went to this location to use our coupon for 2 footling for 13.99 and the Indian lady Today Dec 1st 2024 @ 2:50 pm was very snobby and rude. Through my sandwich on the counter. Also never gave me a receipt or didn't apply my coupon and I was charged over $20. I will never go to this location Subway again. The cashier needs to learn manners along with customer service. I'd also like my money back that is owed.

Spontaneously canceled my online order with no explanation and won’t pick up the phone about it
Avoid this location… difficulty understanding and speaking English. Difficulty’s producing same quality as other subways. Horrible customer service: a waste of time

We order from Subway pretty regularly. We typically order using the app and go into the store to pick it up. We've tried several Subways in the area. We used to frequent the one on Parker near the AFB. We've also been to some in Vacaville and other locations. I have to say, this is our favorite location! We've ordered from this location 3 or 4 times and it's been consistently tasty and ready on time. We request that our sandwich be toasted and it's actually warm when we come to get it which usually was not the case when we've ordered from other locations. It's always on time and ready to go as soon a we arrive to pick it up ... Not the case typically in other locations. And most important, it looks and tastes really good!! It's consistently neat and labeled so we know which sandwich belongs to who. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a communication problem with the worker. Didn't get both orders I asked just one and charged me twice. Had a bit of trouble. But on the bright side of all it takes EBT CARD.

I walked in &’ the workers were talking, while I was waiting to be attend to (I was the only one there) and I was speaking to them on which bread I’d like and they kept on talking over me so I just stayed quit and I said “ go ahead and finish your conversation” one of the employees was taking my order while rolling his eyes and sighing very loudly. They were rude and unprofessional! On the other hand, one of the employees apologized for their coworker behavior.
I left and took my business somewhere else because I wasn’t going to be eating food from someone when they’re rude and unpleasant while trying to build my sandwich. I’m not going back to this place again. They ride and didn’t wash their hands!

You have to watch and make sure that the employee is putting enough stuff on your sandwich otherwise your sandwich will be skimpy
