Subway is good and straightforward can’t really mess up a sandwich. The issue I had was your employees need to be retrained they don’t know how to punch in a gift card and they were clearly profiling me thinking I was trying to scam them I had to do an online order with the gift card after they told me the gift card wasn’t real. Then once they got the online order they gave me the food with an attitude. Subway is good to buy a sandwich but I will not return to this location.

LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY! I placed an order with the subway app, but they didn’t have the meat which was the main ingredient. So I called them to see if they can cancel it on their side because the app doesn’t have a cancel option for this situation. The girl I spoked to said it’s DoorDash I need to talk to even though I used the subway app, and when I tried calling them back for a little help; they pretended to not know English and blocked my number!! Don’t eat here! Don’t order here! This customer service should be illegal and now I’m down $35!

Went here with my family. The employee made our food, but when it came time to pay, I gave a mail coupon and was told this location doesn’t accept them. We ended up leaving with no food. Later I checked Subway’s corporate website, which clearly states that since 2023 all locations should accept mail coupons. I went ahead and reported this to corporate.

Top-notch experience! Had lunch here and everything was perfect. The service was great - really professional and welcoming team. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest and freshest Subway location in the entire area. The food quality here is amazing - my sandwich was delicious and you could taste how fresh everything was. The whole place was super clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this location over any other Subway around here!

The customer service here is poor they are rude and nasty the lady used the same gloves she was wearing to make my food as she was touching the register and money she sneezed out loud in the food area and used the same knife that she used on the customer's order before mines . And how can subway be out of spinach ? Just the worse experience ever here 1 star or less to this place .
On 6/28 I went into the subway right there on North Texas and Alaska Street as I have done several times before went to order my sandwiches and the rude lady behind the counter instantly asks am I carrying a coupon I asked why does that matter she said because not all sandwiches are covered I said I know exactly what sandwiches are not covered with the coupons and it doesn't matter and she proceeded to tell me that the sandwich I was ordering was not covered when I have done it several times before little does she know the workforce nowadays are useless and disrespectful

They have a giant we take EBT sign in the window but the machine they claimed always malfunctioning , (which someone needs to come fix) wasn't working today either , they explained they been asking someone to fix but no one comes .

Do not go to the Safeway This Indian lady is rude as hell. Me and my family have COVID-19 so we decided to order. We get the order of the food is not toasted as per requested and I got a 6-in Subway when I ordered a footlong. They kept hanging up on DoorDash support so I had to go down there she refused to give me a refund talking about its doordash's fault and she can make me another sandwich I don't want to sandwich now from you guys because for one you're being rude refusing to give me a refund but it's perfectly fine Don't go here they do not care about their job and to be honest they're not that well kept clean. And this is the only Subway that I was able to order from via delivery.

The bread my daughters sandwich was made on was like croutons. I wasn't aware of this until she had already started eating it. When I picked up my order the special instructions that I asked for were not met. I was disappointed with this experience. It wasn't given what it should or could have. I guess you get what you pay for. I will continue to go to Jersey Mike's from now on!

We just went to this location to use our coupon for 2 footling for 13.99 and the Indian lady Today Dec 1st 2024 @ 2:50 pm was very snobby and rude. Through my sandwich on the counter. Also never gave me a receipt or didn't apply my coupon and I was charged over $20. I will never go to this location Subway again. The cashier needs to learn manners along with customer service. I'd also like my money back that is owed.
