We order from Subway pretty regularly. We typically order using the app and go into the store to pick it up. We've tried several Subways in the area. We used to frequent the one on Parker near the AFB. We've also been to some in Vacaville and other locations. I have to say, this is our favorite location! We've ordered from this location 3 or 4 times and it's been consistently tasty and ready on time. We request that our sandwich be toasted and it's actually warm when we come to get it which usually was not the case when we've ordered from other locations. It's always on time and ready to go as soon a we arrive to pick it up ... Not the case typically in other locations. And most important, it looks and tastes really good!! It's consistently neat and labeled so we know which sandwich belongs to who. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a communication problem with the worker. Didn't get both orders I asked just one and charged me twice. Had a bit of trouble. But on the bright side of all it takes EBT CARD.

I walked in &’ the workers were talking, while I was waiting to be attend to (I was the only one there) and I was speaking to them on which bread I’d like and they kept on talking over me so I just stayed quit and I said “ go ahead and finish your conversation” one of the employees was taking my order while rolling his eyes and sighing very loudly. They were rude and unprofessional! On the other hand, one of the employees apologized for their coworker behavior.I left and took my business somewhere else because I wasn’t going to be eating food from someone when they’re rude and unpleasant while trying to build my sandwich. I’m not going back to this place again. They ride and didn’t wash their hands!

Young Arabian guy over charged me for a foot long instead of a 6’ inch. The guy wasn’t paying attention to me really or the register clearly smh.
I first subway that actually said they will still make cold cut trio for me

Zero stars for this location if you have a gift card you can't use it here. BS what's the use of having a gift card? This location and the one on waterman don't take gift cards. I won't be going back.

You have to watch and make sure that the employee is putting enough stuff on your sandwich otherwise your sandwich will be skimpy

google says they close at 930 pm, the sticker on the door says they close at 9 pm, and the rude cashier tells says they stop making sandwiches at 845 pm. so just a warning to avoid this subway from 7 pm to 9 pm just in case you were really looking forward to a 17 dollar sandwich made by someone who apparently wants to go home early.
Just had such a pleasant experience i have to say thank you. I'd give 10 stars if i could. To the business for finding a good employee, and to Brittany! Been coming here for years, if anytime is worth a review its now. Thank you for your help, service, and being a great person to encounter.

I just bought a sandwich there around 8:15am i felt like the worker that was making my sandwich was disturbed that i had walked in and she had to help me . So she rings me up as i walk away she says loudly YOUR WELCOME i think to my self why should i say welcome if she made me feel like i was a burden to here .No ever going to that Subway again.
