This is my favorite Subway ever. I go there with my father all the time. Everything is always clean and fresh, and the woman who works the Sunday shifts is really friendly and nice. Thank you Subway.

Young girl who made my sandwich was very rude. No customer service skills at all.

Beware using coupons! Some Subway stores don't allow you to use it on the whole menu; this location restricts usage to a limited few. Somewhat chintzy on the amount of vegetables on the sandwich, and seemed to get upset when I asked for a little extra. Won't be going back here.

The girl making my sandwich was handling money right before and she didn't change out her gloves. I was disgusted! Didn't eat the sandwich.

Used coupons always .For some reason the coupons stopped working .They wld not honor the coupon and made me pay full price.I believe this is un fair.I ask if they except them and they say yes .?I will no longer go back to rhis place .

Nancy is awesome!! This location is always clean and even when Nancy’s there working by herself she does multiple jobs at a time and she still always greets and is very friendly with the customers.. I’ve never had a bad experience with her.. she’s patient and does an awesome job. I hope she stays here for a while :)

The staff here at night is super lazy. My family and I came in at 8:40pm when there was no one and super dead. She asked how many sandwiches we were getting and I inform her 4. She tells me she can’t make 4 sandwiches even if they were 6 inches. She says I can only make 3 and rolls her eyes. She says it’s because she the only closer and by herself. There was no one in there and 20 mins before closing. It’s not like we came in 5 mins before closing. Even if she told us sorry, I’ll take me some time so please be patient. That’s totally fine. But she doesn’t. She rolls her eyes, throw the paper on the counter while speaking to me. I tell her never mind and we leave. One of the worse experience I had at a subway. We had an Elk Grove location closed because it was so slow and not making money. I won’t be surprised this closed too because they are denying service.

Had to go to three different subways because the other two wouldn't use my coupon buy 1 in another.I called ahead for this one Mariana helped me. Was very polite and even remember to offer me a drink if I wanted it toasted was able to even keep up with conversation while making us up.Girl needs a raise! Facts!

Incredibly rude. Orderd online and they failed to update there inventory so arrived to no sandwiches because they lacked bacon. So instead of calling me to make the appropriate adjustments so that I could receive my food at the arranged pick up time they said" sorry I don't know what to tell you I'm very busy as you can see you can pick another sandwich what do you want to do?"
I ordered a Vegetarian Pizza. The lady was not very friendly. She was robotic and seemed in a hurry. There were no other customers there. She rushed putting on the toppings and I had to tell her a couple times to please add some more topping because she barely put on a few pieces of vegetables. I should have just told the owner as I walked out passing him at the door. I hope he reads this post and tells that employee to at least be friendly and act like she enjoys her job. Look at my receipt to see when this incident happened !!!
I just wanted to share how rude the employee was during my visit . I was there 11/10/2021 around 2:45 and first she started of with making wrong sandwich when i asked her that i want veggie she just gave me looked at me so weird. After she started to make the veggie sandwich , she grabbed a broken patty , i simple told her “ it is broken “ . She replied back with attitude that “ she can see it “I think employee should be more respectful toward customer need
I've been coming here for years because I live up the road. Never really had a bad experience, at least one worth sharing, until now. There was a lady already being helped which was fine. So another worker came, she was extremely rude. Wish I got her name, she was working at 11:45 with bleached hair in a bun. First off, she wore her mask below her chin??? That's not how they work. What's the point of wearing one when you don't wear it properly. So we started to order our sandwiches and we ordered a veggie. So she starts making it so far so good. Thenshe puts the avocado on. I know we'll enough you get half an avocado for a footlong and she left like a third in the skin of the avocado and told us it would be extra for the rest fo the avocado. Uhm no? So then she puts vinegar on it even tho we said no to vinegar. So she wraps it up and we ask her to remake it. So she storms off into the back. After about 5 minutes I ask if they were the only two people working the lady said yes and the original lady came out and started to remake our sandwhich and we started to walk put and said we will not be back so she said "thank you". Worst customer service ever. I miss the ladies who were there a few years ago. They would never act this way
