Remember when you could visit Napa or Sonoma without reservations, pay $15, and have the actual winemaker pour you a tasting? That experience is nearing extinction in those areas but lives on at the Suisun Valley Wine Co-op.Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with friends and family with no reservation and were immediately helped out by the staff. The outdoor seating area was charming and decorated for the Halloween season. There is also indoor seating for those who prefer air conditioning on a hot day. Fah, the winemaker for Sunset Cellars, one of the three "microwineries" that share the tasting room, personally poured our wine and gave us in-depth insight into the varietals, the qualities of Suisun Valley wine, and the process of winemaking. It was harvest season so we even got to sample wine grapes right off the vine. The staff here exude a laid back but enthusiastic energy, it truly stands out among the generic tastings I've done at other places where you feel like people are just going through the motions, reading some tasting notes and moving onto the next customer. Highly recommend visiting for the friendly staff and the wine which is great value, whose quality was comparable to many of the $40 tastings I have done elsewhere.

Passed by this place a thousand time on my way to my girlfriend in Berryessa. Stopped o a whim & found this Nice low key tasting room for several excellent local vintners.6 tasting flight covered if you buy a bottle of reasonably (for the area) bottle.VERY Knowledgeable lady with a pleasant attitude serving.Craft beer place next door smelled tempting after a sip or 2 of "six pack" wine.?We'll be back.

Absolutely LOVE this place! My son and his family took me here on my birthday. Love the eclectic tasting room and outdoor seating areas - lots to look at and appreciate. Wine was good! We did a flight and sampled wine grown in the Suisun Valley. Our server was professional and provided great information about each wine. I enjoyed every sip! I like the peacefulness of the Suisun Valley. It's not super touristy like Napa. Definitely check this place out!

Staff was very nice and wines were good. We prefer reds and were offered a sample of the Blacksmith Cabernet Sauvignon, Dry Creek Valley 2018. We were in love and purchased a bottle. We discussed it with the staff as he grabbed a bottle, put it in the bag, and rang us up for the price of the Cab. You can imagine our disappointment when we went to enjoy it the next day and found we had paid for the Cab but received the Pinot Noir. Unfortunately we were traveling through CA and unable to go back.
Visiting from North Carolina and have visited many wineries during my stay and this was by far the best experience. In fact I went back for another visit. This place was like visiting family and friends. The wine was exceptional and they took their time educating us about their wine and history. Highly recommend!

Wine was great! But waited too long in between next tasting. Our original server was nice but he busy doing something and the lady left at the bar didn't even acknowledge and tried to avoid eye contact with us. Quite disappointed.

Wine was good, but service was great! I've always visited Pioneer Tap Room next door, but been curious about this winery. My gym held a family night here and I decided that this was a good opportunity to check them out. We all had a blast! Great company, good wine and fantastic customer service. The interior has a funky charm with a mixture of sofas and bar seating. Outside there were tables and fire pits. I'm looking forward to returning again soon.
