We went thru drive thru ans ordered bunch of stuff Our Mexican pizza was so bitter and staled looks like the oil it was fried in was old or pizza shell is expired … . We ordered chalupa with pototos they made it with beans
Rest of the food was fine But very very upset about the pizza

They love to forget food items in your order!! Make sure you always double check your order before leaving because I’ve had multiple occasions where they would miss 1 or 2 food items from your order. Like they basically rob you lol. Be careful when ordering here.

Went to taco bell in fairfield on north Texas street at 7:10pm on February 2, 2025. One of my dishes I ordered was a chicken quesadilla. I got home, my quesadilla was stuck to the paper, my cheese wasn't melted. My chicken was cold and there was not enough filling so my quesadilla fell apart and tasted plain. I am very upset and will never order it again. Lazy cooks.

Stood at the counter 5 minutes- not one employee looked up and greeted me other than the one mopping by the door, no eye contact until I asked if anyone was available to work the counter, they replied you can order from the kiosk- i refuse to order from a computer with staff on site, this is going to eliminate jobs- out of 6 people in the building no one can work that register??? But they can show upon how to use the kiosk- no thank you, I do not work for taco bell, I'm not receiving a discount for taking my own order. Offer staff at registers please.
