I have been visiting this location for over two decades. Back when OG Vera from HP was taking orders at the front counter. The staff has consistently been friendly the entire time I've been going here. I live close by and my youngest daughter loves her black beans and nacho fries.
Please bring back some of the discontinued menu items like the double decker and encherido.

This place/the taco bell on travis blvd is straight trash due to the manager supposedly named jose. The manager said, he didn't receive my order, but on my phone it says they received order and charged my bank. After showing him proof of charge in my bank account they didn't give me my food nor money. Will never return, managers like that are what make organizations lose money. You're working at taco bell, you don't own it.

Well since no one answers, I guess this is where I will leave my complaint. My husband and I witnessed something VERY DISTURBING at the drive-thru! We watched an employee BLOW his nose, DUG all the way UP there with both his index fingers (pointing fingers) in BOTH NOSTRILS & DIDN'T WASH his hands, PROCEEDED to take the top to OUR drink, stuck his FINGER he STUCK in HIS nose that he DIDN'T wash in the straw hole and placed in on our drinkš¤¢š¤®š¤¬ we screamed.....We ended up throwing it away! You have to do better! This is why the community gets sick! WASH YOUR HANDS, NASTY!!!
We were so DISGUSTED and working in the health industry for 25+ years... infection control is apart of my life and my family's! This is ONE of the reasons why we eat out once in a blue moon. We were so exhausted, we didn't want to cook and now we will NEVER eat out again! Thank you, sir for reminding us why we DON'T eat out!

The fast food, including taco bell, that's really taken a dive since they changed. You are not greeted, no one is nice to you, they get paid a lot more to do way less. What a horrible concept We don't even have to have eye contact anymore. I only go here if I have to.We're used to be one of my favorite places to go. You might as well have robots running the place. You expect way less from a robot, but from a human person, you expect a human touch well.

They're always really nice at this location. The food is good and my order is always correct. Sometimes it feels like drive thru takes some time, but nothing out of control or outrageous. Just normal waiting in line type stuff.

Waited almost 30 min to receive a mobile order. When I asked about my order after 20min I received a very rude answer from a shift manager. On top of it the food tasted strange, especially fiesta potatoes that tasted like they were cooked in a very stale oil.

This morning, I ordered taco bell through ubereats. The crunchwrap tortilla had mold all over it. When pulling the tortilla out of a package, this has to be noticeable and to still serve it is gross.
