This is hands down one of thee best places for tacos in Solano county. Chef Chepe and his staff are always on point. The food is fresh, and full of flavor. I've tried the tamales, burritos and some of their specials but the tacos are a 12/10 everytime!

This is the real deal taco wagon, so delicious and authentic!! The service is fast and friendly, they take cards and can usually be found on N. Texas in Fairfield. The ambiance is parking lot, but there is a single picnic table to sit at. I got 2 tacos carne asada and 2 al pastor. Both were amazing!! The corn tortillas were slightly crispy and the meat was tender and super flavorful. The taco is $3 and has enough meat inside to easily make 2 out of 1!!! They came with a red and a green sauce, both had nice spice, with the red being a little bit hotter. They also toss in a radish, some cucumber slices, a grilled Serrano pepper, and a nice grilled chunk of an onion. Get tacos from this legit taco trailer, you won't be disappointed.

I believe a friend of mines rented them for a party and the food was delicious. So I decided to go to the food truck and purchased a pastor burrito and a chicken burrito. My pastor burrito was extremely greasy. I sat on the counter for a little while and it was a puddle of orange grease. First couple of bites of burrito was straight tortilla. None of the contents inside. Idk I was disappointed. They were really good at the party and it was no where near that.

1st time here.Had the carne asada burrito and it was delicious. My wife had a bean/rice/cheese burrito, she liked it and would buy from there again.The owners were nice and attentive. When I mentioned it was my first time at his truck, he asked if I liked tamales, which I do, and he gave me one. How nice was that? Chef Chepe has the best tacos in Solano County. The carne asada is tender and chard to perfection, fresh and well seasoned. The tortillas aren't dry and cooked well. To every order they add grilled peppers, onions, radish, cucumbers and lime or lemons. The Verde and rojo sauce is spicy and delicious. The food is always on point.

We stopped by at the corner market nearby and decided to try the carne asada burrito. It was delicious. The size was good. The tortilla was crispy. Meat perfectly cooked and flavored. It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and rice. We added salsa verde. They wrap it in paper and foil. We will be back to try tacos, burrito, and frescas.

Truly awesome quesabirria tacos. The consomé was well spiced, tortillas were crunchy, meat super tender and the cheese perfectly melty. Perfect balance of meat and cheese.
I've seen this place for awhile now and finally decided to try it one night with a couple of my friends and woah! Their tacos are amazing! Tamales were decent nothing note worthy but the tacos were prefect. Crunchy shell, juicy meat and just overall prefect. The price was a tad bit steep but overall would recommend this place

We ordered Al pastor tacos and an Al pastor burrito. The tacos were delicious! The only reason for 3 stars is because the burrito was pretty much rice and beans. For $10 it should come with much more meat. We will be coming back...but just for tacos! Also the staff was awesome! If their reading this I hope they put more meat in the Burritos! Cause I love burritos.Also the beans and rice are delicious...kid approved!!
