Should be named “Ryan’s cafe” as you’ll find it on Yelp. Just note that it opens at 7AM and not 6AM.I showed up early before opening and the owner happened to pull up at the same time. She was extremely hospitable and even made me a cup of coffee before the shop was open. This is an example of classic hospitality with great coffee. The owner has a big vision to offer employment opportunities to under served communities and I wish her the best success.I’m just stopping in for work but this little gem gave Fairfield, CA a little more charm.

What a cute little shop! Lots of parking nearby, and decent amount of seating. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They make quite a few different syrups and update the flavor combinations regularly. They also have fresh pressed juice in the shop which we tried and liked. I had the bourbon Carmel latte and it was really good. I would make sure to ask for light on the syrup if you aren’t a super sweet coffee person. The gal working recommended options and was super sweet. I’m glad we stopped here!Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of options for different milksParking: There is parking up and down the street.

Wish there were more Black-owned small businesses like this! I got a mocha frapuccino and it was delightful. They also have cold-pressed juices for sale. Barista was super friendly too.

Not really a huge fan of being charged for a tiny amount of cream (less than 4 oz) in coffee - pricing should be inclusive for drip coffees and teas. Super understanding that businesses have to make money, but nickel and diming for cream just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

My favorite coffee place! They have great variety on the menu and their pistachio latte is HANDS DOWN THE BEST EVER. No other place I've tried is as good and theirs is available year round. They make several of their syrups in house as well, just ask about which ones. I have tried their maple, vanilla, lavender and cardamom lattes as well, all good. My son also loves their italian sodas. Service is so friendly and inviting. If you are in the area and they are open definitely give them a try!

I went there one morning to try it out and it was great. The barista made recommendations, I ended up get a latte and drip coffee since I could not decide. Both were great!

Saw this place while passing through downtown and decided to circle the block and give it a try...so glad I did. I had no clue what I wanted so I asked the young lady to make me whatever she wanted.I left with a Lavender espresso with oat milk. This was more than a drink...It was more like an experience. It tasted amazing. I will definitely be back now that I know there's some coffee close that's better than

As I venture down westbound I-80 towards the Bay Area, you come across the fairly decent sized city (with 100,000+ residents) in Fairfield, CA. This is where I stumbled across "The Coffee Bar". Located in the heart of downtown Fairfield directly on Texas St. and in between Webster St. and Jefferson St., this place has been serving up delicious coffees, espresso drinks, Frappuccinos, Red Bull sodas, and Italian sodas dating back to late-2021.I came here during the morning of Saturday 7/15/2023 at around 9:45am. What really surprised me was just how quiet downtown Fairfield was on a weekend morning. Neighboring city Vacaville has a ton more hustle and bustle going on in their downtown so this kind of perplexed me. And with very little traffic meant that I was able to park directly outside of the business. No complaints there since it was shaping up to be a very hot July day.Upon entering, it was eerily empty with only one customer dining in (on his AirPods) and zoned in on his laptop. And with that brought only one employee. However, she quickly said "good morning" and "what can I get for you" as she took my order, accepted my form of payment, and made my drink. I ended up going with a basic house coffee (priced at a reasonable $2) with lots of half & half added to it. I also completed my order with a cheese Danish (priced at around $4.50) which made my total just over $7 after tax + tip.As far as the interior layout of the building, it is quite a bit smaller than most of the family-owned and operated coffee shops I've been to. And with that brings less tables and chairs for dining in. They do offer a condiment station area complete with sugar, napkins, etc. as well as a cooler where they sell Pressed bottled juices. They also have a display case towards the rear of the building which is close to where their restroom is located. I did want to point out that there is no outdoor seating; it was probably a thing during Covid but I didn't see anything during my most recent visit. As far as the coffee goes, it was quite strong but made well; just the way I like it. The Danish was also fresh while the buttery croissant part was moist and delicious. They do have a limited selection of baked goods with the usual croissants, scones, muffins, donuts, and bagels. However, there was no full-on breakfast items such as breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and toasts. Still, this is more of a quick grab-and-go type place where people come and get what they need. Best of all, hours are quite generous being opened Mon-Thu from 6am-5pm, Friday from 6am-2pm, Saturday from 8am-2pm, and closed Sunday. With that said and done, I am giving "The Coffee Bar" in Fairfield, CA an above average four-stars.

Had a lavender latte for the first time and loved it. Very welcoming and friendly local spot.

Pretty low key coffee shop with delivered baked goods. Whenever I enter the place the hostess is always seated back facing the door watching TV... I guess for coffee it's great but certainly doesn't have a coffee shop vibe. There are some seating but it's best to grab it to go.

Met a friend here for a morning coffee and pastry. This is a small, quiet shop and a few tables. There wasn't much left as far as baked goods but I am so glad I tried the scone. It was delicious and fresh. I asked what's a favorite, and was told to try the pistachio latte. I love pistachios but this didn't taste like it and wasn't what I expected but it was really good.
