Physically seen them deny service to someone with a service animal. Wouldn't allow the person in
Very rude service from the young lady at the counter, I think her name was Alex ot Alexus something like that,I had my small daughter with me at the time and ahe kept looking at her so I asked her if she had a child and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes,when I finally got my drink after about 6.8 minutes she was very rude and just shoved it in my face which I thought was very odd,and the whole time she was giving me the stinky eye.(This was the one in the mall and I meant yogurt sorry for the confusion)

Ok, so this sounds dumb...But they're Tuttimelon but they're not the same Tuttimelon, that's what the female at the register stated when we presented the rewards card with their name and phone number on them. ? It's just weird. Can't you just say you're not accepting these reward cards bc of different ownership? But they said, they'll be starting their own rewards system soon.

I used to go there all the timeNow the prices is really high i bought two regular size and weight and they charged me $24I will never go there again
we love it here they probably need more chairs for families.
