Very rude service from the young lady at the counter, I think her name was Alex ot Alexus something like that,I had my small daughter with me at the time and ahe kept looking at her so I asked her if she had a child and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes,when I finally got my drink after about 6.8 minutes she was very rude and just shoved it in my face which I thought was very odd,and the whole time she was giving me the stinky eye.(This was the one in the mall and I meant yogurt sorry for the confusion)

Ok, so this sounds dumb...But they're Tuttimelon but they're not the same Tuttimelon, that's what the female at the register stated when we presented the rewards card with their name and phone number on them. ? It's just weird. Can't you just say you're not accepting these reward cards bc of different ownership? But they said, they'll be starting their own rewards system soon.

Employees do NOT wear gloves and do not offer individually wrapped spoons during covid. Employee said they've requested these items from management but have been denied. Their sneeze guard protecting the toppings was covered with Saran Wrap rather that plexiglass! Yogurt cups are open to everyone touching them rather than behind the counter. This place is a germ/virus trap! Stay away! Management not willing to protect their employees! F*** this place

Gotta have that Tart+Dole Whip!They've always had such great froyo, not too milky, not too watery and all creamy! I'm glad that they've opened up post-covid, however I'm not sure why they won't bring back any fresh toppings. They've also limited the amount of flavors they have for the moment.Price is a bit high but considering the location that's understandable, so far customer service has been great. Definitely going back for more

Terrible customer service. came at 8:30 when they close at 9pm and the lady was emptying the vanilla and chocolate machines and that's the 1.most popular flavors and 2. the one i wanted and i said "is there any way i can get vanilla" and she said "no i'm emptying it" why so early?????

I enjoy the yogurt from this place but hate when staff aren't trained to know a service dog. Being told my service dog can't be with me while I'm getting my yogurt and the service dog is walking beside & not in my hands. Is unexplainable wrong for staff to say anything in the first place
