Worst food ever worth service ever I went to the drive through I asked for a baked potato Just gave me an old potato cooked probably yesterday no sour cream no onions so it was not complete and the chili sug didn't come of the crackers either and it tasted very old after that I got a very bad stomachache and felt disgusted by the food

Wendy’s has been my favorite fast food since I was a kid. I live in a town that doesn’t have one so now when I do go where there is one I stop and get my favorite spicy chicken sandwich meal. I was absolutely disgusted when I saw how expensive it is now but even more disgusted by the quality of the sandwich. It is literally a $9 McChicken. When did they start using shredded lettuce? And the chicken isn’t even the same chicken anymore. I’m officially done with Wendy’s.

A chubby mexican girl with fake eyelashes and her tall skinny Supervisor are who ran the drive thru, when I went there 2 months ago. I gave the girl my credit card and she ran it and said it didn't work. But wouldn't make eye contact with me as she said my card wasn't working.
Even though I had a low balance on it. She ran it again and said the same thing again. Her Supervisor came and ran the card then asked for another card as that one is not working. I didn't have one as I left my wallet at home so I had drove back to my house (6 minutes away) to grab my wallet.
Fast forward a month later and I'm getting ready to check out at at bulk store and my credit card balance has quadrupled. It appears that 9 different transactions have been charged onto my credit card on it all throughout the month, when I was in Dublin for the week. Far away from Fairfield and impossible to make those charges.

i ordered a meal and bacon chives baked potato with everything on the baked potato … when i got home there is no cheese no bacon it’s plain with chives… soooo irritated.

It is too expensive for the quality of food. I'll just save money and make my own at home.
The customer service is terrible. No one is at the front counter, so you have to use the kiosk to order. I asked for a receipt because I'm on a business trip, but because I had to use the kiosk, they can't print receipts... I have a keychain for the free Frosty, but they still wouldn't honor it. Horrible customer service. I don't fault the employees.... They are just doing what they're told. I fault the management. Really poor training.... Do better!

The food was terrible. The spicy chicken sandwich didn't have any lettuce or tomato, just an undercooked chicken breast slice and a smidge of Mayo.
Absolutely disappointed. Wendy's is a good franchise, but this location takes the cake - if cake means screwing up basic orders
