I recently visited this food trailer and had a really disappointing experience. First off, the wait time was incredibly long. I understand that sometimes there can be delays, but this was excessive. To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, they had missed some of the items. It's really frustrating to wait that long and not even get what you paid for. I won't be coming back and I can't recommend this place to others. ()

Oh hell yes. As a Buffalo expat I've been searching for good wings. They had the size, they had the right way of cooking, they had the variety between drums and splits. Plenty of meat on the bones and there wasn't some tiny half-wing that counts against me in my 6 piece; they were all full size!My wife surprised me with the Atomic take out, snd the guy packed a glove and said I probably couldn't finish em. I did, and I loved them, and I'll be back for them again. Kinda regretted not using the glove 5 hours later when I rubbed my eye though!

Wings on Wheels catered our end of year party and all of the food was A+!!!! I tried a little of everything, Po Boy, Pastalaya, Crawfish Etouffe, wings, even the salad was delicious. We will definitely be visiting his food truck. I’m just sorry I didn’t take photos.

Purchase a Shrimp and Blackened Salmon poor boy sandwich. Excellent as always.
The food is absolutely amazing. So mad that I didn't visit sooner. The crawfish are amazing. Definitely made my dad feel like he was back home in Louisiana. He wants to know if you will be having them all summer. ? The fries and chicken wings are amazing as well. Everything seasoned so well and very tasty. I will definitely be going back to support this business and I suggest you do as well.

What hidden gem! I cannot believe how delicious the grilled shrimp Po boy sandwich was. And the mac & cheese is absolutely stunning. I wish I knew about him earlier. Definitely worth a stop and try some of this delicious food
