Ordered from this location multiple times for an online pickup at it’s always been great! Both times, they have been extremely busy(having 10+ people) but the employees are HUSTLING in the kitchen and have great customer service. Food tasted great, my order was correct. Although my order wasn’t ready on time, the wait was worth it!

i grew up here i been coming to this wingstop for years since i was in middle school never had any issues i am now 30 years old and this place has completely changed. Um im not sure what’s the problem with the older lady working there but i ordered my food through doordash waited 20 minutes for doordash to alert me that it was ready then i drove to wingstop got there and told her i had a pickup showed her my name and she then says they are working on it . Mind you im seeing people come in that ordered later and get there food before me and im wondering where my food is i sit there for 20 minutes and its like she forgot all about me finally says what’s the name of your order i show her and then she grabs the bag off the shelf that was literally sitting there the whole time and then puts my cup down with an attitude didn’t even apologize to me or anything and acts as if im in the wrong why would you tell me it’s still being worked on if it was ready the whole time ?

Every time I order from this location there’s always something wrong. I ordered once and they gave my food to someone else and didn't even try and resolve it; not even a sorry. Another time I ordered online 2 hours before i arrived (i arrived 15 mins before my scheduled pickup) and they told me they just started working on the order and it would be 45 mins and again, no apology what so ever. they need more workers or just better workers

I place an order online a called before I got there to let them know I wanted fresh fries and my chicken extra extra well done and extra seasoning my chicken. The chicken was soft an fries was burnt, I asked for more fries an my chicken fried hard. I guess that was a problem cause they still brung me burnt fries with a heavy amount of seasoning. I gave it one more shot they remake it again this time the chicken was good but the fries took a while even tho they were done, I wanted lemon pepper fries the manager with the pink wig dashes fry seasoning on my fries purposely and I tell the boy like I didn’t want this seasoning he’s like oh you didn’t want it at all im like no he said it was an accident I’m like I just seen her do it on purpose he didn’t have nothing to say .he took the fries out separately so they can be lemon pepper seasoning an she did it on purpose I’m not happy all I wanted was some fresh fries for my baby because he was the one who was eating them but I was treated horribly because i wanted the food I paid for made right they first two fries like I was was burnt I tasted it an I still have the nasty taste in my mouth
I really will never return to this place, the potatoes are terrible and super salty, the wings have no taste of anything, 0% recommended, do not spend any money in this place

I only do ratings when someone did excellent or absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 separate combos from this location for my daughter, husband and myself. My daughter had boneless wings which were fine however my husband and I had wings that were supposed to be sauces but were instead naked wings. I didn’t realize my husband’s and I wings until I made it to his job for lunch which is 20 min from the location. Their policy for a comp of some sort on food is to bring the wings back. I feel that is the craziest thing ever, if I’m in a rush to drop off kids and make it to my husbands job for lunch; how am I suppose to have time take food back across town. Do better at making sure the people making the food is actually making it as ordered instead of requesting the customer do it.

I mobile ordered one order of fries for pick-up. It took over 20 minutes! I arrived at the store after 10 minutes. They couldn’t find the order. It took another 10 minutes for them to locate the order number and prepare the food. And this was just one order of french fries!
