Absolutely unacceptable service at this Wingstop. One of the employee miss pam extremely rude and disrespectful toward a DoorDash driver. Instead of talking like a normal human being, the employee ordered the driver to “sit down” in a harsh, disrespectful tone.

This kind of attitude is disgusting and shows zero professionalism. Delivery drivers are there to pick up orders and keep your business running — not to be talked to like they’re nothing. If this is how Wingstop treats people, it’s a serious problem.

Management needs to fix this immediately because behavior like this should NOT be tolerated at any workplace.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Didn’t even eat them they were so terrible. Extremely careless service and a complete waste of my time. Pictured are the mango habanero. How am I supposed to even tell a worker my food isn’t made proper? You have to work harder to do this bad opposed to just making them correctly. Obviously don’t give a - - - -.

Soda machine still has no carbonation and hasn’t addressed it since the last I ordered online for take out. How is anyone to know the soda is out of selection? I payed for a meal with a soda included and then disregarded.

Order in the restaurant and they never called our name so the food sat there and got cold. The fries were all stuck together and the wings were dry. Also it’s like 85 degrees inside that restaurant making unbearable for the workers and customers.

Staff was the worse part. The horrible customer service was terrible. Upon walking I had to wait for 2’employees to finish watching a video on their phone before some came to help. We ordered. I asked if there was a pass code for the bathroom. I was told someone would let me in. I waited. Finally someone came by very upset looking and opened the door and walked away looking irritated I she had to open the bathroom. After 25 minutes I checked on my order. The employee said she was going to bring it to me. I sat down. She then yells my name to come back to the counter. She was very rude in her tone and the way she was acting when I asked about the food and came back to get it. I understand waiting for food at Wong stop it is not fast. But I don’t need to be treated bad on top of it. I will never go here again. The place was dirty even through there were 4 employees standing around. Dirty tables. Spilt stuff on the floor. Garbage place and garbage employees.

This place is just sloppy and extremely slow. They say 15 to 20 mins and you end up waiting for an hour. No thank you for waiting or we are working on it. The ladies at the cash registers are slow and absolutely no customer service skills. Witnessed the cashier switch from register to food prep and wiping table down with no hand washing in between. They have a bathroom room key they use to open the bathrooms for customers. Witnessed a male worker be asked to open the bathroom for a customer he does that and then starts bagging orders. No hand washing in between tasks.

Ordered from this location multiple times for an online pickup at it’s always been great! Both times, they have been extremely busy(having 10+ people) but the employees are HUSTLING in the kitchen and have great customer service. Food tasted great, my order was correct. Although my order wasn’t ready on time, the wait was worth it!

Make sure if you are going to order online you called 25 minutes to 35 minutes prior on Friday Fridays, and Saturday late evening evenings. It gets really busy here. They’re trying the best to their abilities. Call it in before time.

i grew up here i been coming to this wingstop for years since i was in middle school never had any issues i am now 30 years old and this place has completely changed. Um im not sure what’s the problem with the older lady working there but i ordered my food through doordash waited 20 minutes for doordash to alert me that it was ready then i drove to wingstop got there and told her i had a pickup showed her my name and she then says they are working on it . Mind you im seeing people come in that ordered later and get there food before me and im wondering where my food is i sit there for 20 minutes and its like she forgot all about me finally says what’s the name of your order i show her and then she grabs the bag off the shelf that was literally sitting there the whole time and then puts my cup down with an attitude didn’t even apologize to me or anything and acts as if im in the wrong why would you tell me it’s still being worked on if it was ready the whole time ?

Every time I order from this location there’s always something wrong. I ordered once and they gave my food to someone else and didn't even try and resolve it; not even a sorry. Another time I ordered online 2 hours before i arrived (i arrived 15 mins before my scheduled pickup) and they told me they just started working on the order and it would be 45 mins and again, no apology what so ever. they need more workers or just better workers
